一種傅里葉非圓齒輪驅(qū)動的橫封機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目的設(shè)計(jì)一種符合塊狀包裝物橫封要求的橫封機(jī)構(gòu),以更好滿足橫封的工藝要求。方法在分析塊狀物體橫封工藝過程基礎(chǔ)上建立傅里葉非圓齒輪數(shù)學(xué)模型,根據(jù)工藝要求建立目標(biāo)函數(shù)以及橫封機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型,并通過實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果通過實(shí)例計(jì)算可知,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)得到的傅里葉非圓齒輪能更好滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,比原有傳統(tǒng)偏心圓具有更高的靈活性。結(jié)論采用更加靈活的傅里葉非圓齒輪副驅(qū)動橫封機(jī)構(gòu)對橫封機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),能夠更好地滿足塊狀物體橫封工藝要求。
[Abstract]:Aim to design a kind of horizontal seal mechanism which meets the requirements of horizontal seal of block packaging, so as to better meet the technological requirements of horizontal seal. Methods the mathematical model of Fourier non-circular gear was established on the basis of analyzing the technological process of horizontal sealing of massive objects. The objective function and the optimization model of the transverse sealing mechanism parameters were established according to the technological requirements and verified by an example. Results the results show that the optimized design of Fourier non-circular gear can better meet the design requirements, and it is more flexible than the traditional eccentric circle. Conclusion the parameters of the transverse seal mechanism are optimized by using a more flexible Fourier non-circular gear pair driving transverse seal mechanism, which can better meet the requirements of the horizontal sealing process for block objects.
