磁流變阻尼器力學(xué)性能及斜拉索減振應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:大跨度斜拉橋拉索由于質(zhì)量輕、阻尼小及柔性大等特點(diǎn),在風(fēng)雨等外部激勵(lì)下極易產(chǎn)生大幅振動(dòng),對(duì)拉索使用壽命和橋梁安全運(yùn)營(yíng)構(gòu)成威脅,拉索振動(dòng)控制己成為斜拉橋拉索急需解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一。常用拉索振動(dòng)控制方法是在拉索和橋面間安裝阻尼器,磁流變阻尼器具有阻尼力大小連續(xù)可調(diào)、響應(yīng)快和性能穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn),可用于拉索半主動(dòng)控制。本文針對(duì)磁流變阻尼器力學(xué)性能及其力學(xué)模型、拉索磁流變阻尼器減振系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展研究,具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)在綜合大量國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了大跨度斜拉橋拉索振動(dòng)類(lèi)型及減振機(jī)理與措施,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用阻尼器對(duì)拉索振動(dòng)控制的研究現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)總結(jié)了磁流變阻尼器力學(xué)模型方面的相關(guān)研究工作。 (2)分別對(duì)工作一定年限與未參加工作的永磁調(diào)節(jié)式磁流變阻尼器和RD-1005型磁流變阻尼器進(jìn)行了力學(xué)特性對(duì)比試驗(yàn)研究,,分別分析了兩型號(hào)磁流變阻尼器力學(xué)性能的影響因素。 (3)根據(jù)兩型號(hào)MR阻尼器的力學(xué)性能測(cè)試結(jié)果和參數(shù)化力學(xué)模型的機(jī)理,進(jìn)一步提出了關(guān)于磁流變阻尼器的改進(jìn)的滯回參數(shù)模型,并對(duì)阻尼器模型進(jìn)行了適應(yīng)性驗(yàn)證。 (4)對(duì)洞庭湖大橋斜拉索磁流變阻尼器減振系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究,確定了阻尼器安裝高度、最優(yōu)阻尼系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Due to the characteristics of light weight, small damping and large flexibility, the cable of long-span cable-stayed bridge is easy to produce large vibration under external excitation, such as wind and rain, which threatens the service life of cable and the safe operation of bridge. Cable vibration control has become one of the key problems in cable-stayed bridge. The commonly used method of cable vibration control is to install dampers between cable and bridge deck. Magnetorheological damper has the characteristics of continuously adjustable damping force, fast response and stable performance, so it can be used for semi-active control of cables. In this paper, the mechanical properties and mechanical models of Mr dampers are studied. The main contents are as follows: (1) on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the damping system of Mr dampers is studied. This paper introduces the type of cable vibration and the mechanism and measures of vibration reduction of cable of long span cable-stayed bridge, summarizes the research status of vibration control of cable by using dampers at home and abroad, and emphatically summarizes the relevant research work on the mechanical model of magnetorheological dampers. (2) the mechanical properties of permanent magnet regulated Mr dampers and RD- 1005 Mr dampers with and without service for a certain period of time have been studied. The influencing factors of mechanical properties of two types of Mr dampers are analyzed. (3) based on the test results of mechanical properties of two types of MR dampers and the mechanism of parametric mechanical model, an improved hysteretic parametric model for Mr dampers is proposed, and the adaptability of the damper model is verified. (4) the parameter optimization of Mr damper system for cable-stayed cable of Dongting Lake Bridge is carried out, and the installation height and the optimal damping coefficient of the damper are determined.
