基于自由振動(dòng)衰減響應(yīng)的硬涂層材料力學(xué)特性參數(shù)辨識(shí)
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of hard coating materials, such as storage modulus and loss factor, are the foundation of modeling and vibration reduction optimization design of hard coating composite structure. Existing studies on parameter identification of hard coating materials are usually based on beam-shaped specimens and complex experimental processes. In this paper, a method is proposed to identify the mechanical properties of hard coating materials only by measuring the time-domain resonance free vibration attenuation response of the cantilever plates before and after coating for the cantilever plate structure. Firstly, the principle of identifying the storage modulus and loss factor of hard coating based on the free vibration attenuation response is determined. Furthermore, the identification methods of the key parameters (including response envelope, real-time resonance frequency and damping) required to obtain the parameters of the hard coating materials mentioned above are given. In addition, the finite element modeling of hard coated plate and the calculation methods of resonance frequency, modal strain energy and reference strain are described. Finally, taking the cantilever thin plate coated with NiCoCrAlY YSZ hard coating as an example, the storage modulus and loss factor of the hybrid coating are obtained. Furthermore, the obtained hard coating material parameters are substituted into the finite element analysis model, and the first six order resonance frequencies of the hard coating plate obtained by the comparison test and the finite element calculation are compared, and the rationality of the identified material parameters is proved. By comparison, it is found that the variation of storage modulus and loss factor of hard coating with reference strain is basically consistent with other references, but the results can be directly used to model the shape structure of hard coating.
