基于微型制冷機(jī)的雙光路冷鏡式露點(diǎn)儀研究

【摘要】:為了滿足高純低溫液體和工業(yè)氣體水分含量精確檢測的需求,研究了一種新型的冷鏡式露點(diǎn)儀,采用微型制冷機(jī)作為冷源對測量冷鏡進(jìn)行降溫,最低可達(dá)到-100℃。為了減少外部環(huán)境對特征信號的影響,光電系統(tǒng)采用雙光路的設(shè)計方法,利用查差分信號的特征變化來尋找露點(diǎn)溫度,并采用小波變換的方法進(jìn)一步降低噪聲的干擾,提高露點(diǎn)儀測量的精度和重復(fù)性。通過現(xiàn)場比對實驗,露點(diǎn)溫度在-80℃時測量精度仍能滿足工業(yè)測量的要求。
