基于ABAQUS的O形密封圈自力式密封方式的研究

【摘要】:目的分析自力式密封方式在摩擦系數(shù)、流體壓力及密封間隙大小的作用下對密封圈的應(yīng)力及等效壓力的影響.方法利用ABAQUS軟件建立O形密封圈對稱模型,分析在不同的摩擦系數(shù)、不同密封間隙及流體壓力下對應(yīng)力及等效壓力的影響.結(jié)果當(dāng)摩擦系數(shù)大于0.3 MPa時,O形密封圈的應(yīng)力及等效壓力不再受摩擦系數(shù)的影響;O形密封圈的應(yīng)力及等效壓力將隨著流體壓力的增加而增加,但當(dāng)流體壓力大于2.0 MPa以后,O形密封圈的應(yīng)力及等效壓力分布及數(shù)值幾乎無影響;間隙增大時應(yīng)力分布區(qū)域增加,應(yīng)力值也增大,等效壓力逐漸降低.結(jié)論流體壓力、摩擦系數(shù)對O型密封圈應(yīng)力及等效壓力的影響較大,密封間隙大小對密封圈的應(yīng)力及等效壓力也有影響.此結(jié)論在理論指導(dǎo)和實際應(yīng)用上具有重要意義.
[Abstract]:Aim to analyze the effect of self-operated seal on the stress and equivalent pressure of seal ring under the action of friction coefficient, fluid pressure and seal clearance. Methods the symmetry model of O-ring was established by ABAQUS software, and the effects of friction coefficient, seal clearance and fluid pressure on stress and equivalent pressure were analyzed. Results when the friction coefficient is greater than 0.3 MPa, the stress and equivalent pressure of the O-ring are no longer affected by the friction coefficient. The stress and equivalent pressure of O-ring will increase with the increase of fluid pressure, but when the fluid pressure is more than 2.0 MPa, the stress and equivalent pressure distribution and value of O-ring will have little effect. When the gap increases, the stress distribution area increases, the stress value increases, and the equivalent pressure decreases gradually. Conclusion the influence of fluid pressure and friction coefficient on the stress and equivalent pressure of O-type sealing ring is great. The sealing clearance also has an effect on the stress and equivalent pressure of sealing ring. This conclusion is of great significance in theoretical guidance and practical application.
