基于生態(tài)住宅模式下的室內(nèi)噪聲污染模擬及控制研究

【摘要】:近代以來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人類高強度地開發(fā)和使用自然資源已經(jīng)對自然環(huán)境造成了很大的破壞。近幾十年的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中,人們尋求了一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟模式——循環(huán)經(jīng)濟。這一經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式體現(xiàn)在人居環(huán)境建設(shè)領(lǐng)域可歸納總結(jié)為生態(tài)住宅的研究和發(fā)展上。 在國內(nèi)社會經(jīng)濟日益發(fā)展的今天,公眾的目光不僅局限于現(xiàn)已基本解決的溫飽問題,而開始逐漸關(guān)注與生活緊密相關(guān)的環(huán)境問題。國內(nèi)以粗放型和數(shù)量型為增長方式的相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè),特別是建筑業(yè)采用手工化或半機械化操作程度較高,勞動生產(chǎn)率不及發(fā)達國家的二分之一,導(dǎo)致效率低、能耗高等問題引起了人們的重視和反思;一些住宅因規(guī)劃設(shè)計水平不高,住宅的適用性與現(xiàn)代化住宅標準還有較大的差距,提升并優(yōu)化住宅品質(zhì),強調(diào)室內(nèi)環(huán)境的舒適感成為生態(tài)住宅所需考慮的重要方面。 現(xiàn)代建筑中各類噪聲給業(yè)主帶來不少煩惱,強烈的抱怨和頻繁的投訴暴露出嚴重的聲環(huán)境問題。本文通過利用建筑室內(nèi)聲環(huán)境模擬軟件Odeon結(jié)合國內(nèi)相關(guān)規(guī)范和導(dǎo)則,對室內(nèi)環(huán)境噪聲進行模擬預(yù)測。在前期設(shè)計階段通過對使用狀態(tài)、設(shè)計等方面的優(yōu)化對比,得出影響室內(nèi)聲環(huán)境的因素,前置室內(nèi)聲環(huán)境評估,深化設(shè)計內(nèi)涵,,為室內(nèi)聲環(huán)境控制提供強有力的依據(jù),從而改善室內(nèi)聲環(huán)境。本文通過國內(nèi)相關(guān)聲環(huán)境規(guī)范,對住宅臥室書房聲環(huán)境進行模擬,對理想狀態(tài)、實際存在縫隙狀態(tài)、開窗狀態(tài)下的工況分別進行模擬,并采用相應(yīng)的降噪措施對實際存在縫隙工況下進行聲環(huán)境改造,通過裝飾工程造價對聲環(huán)境改造前后的經(jīng)濟指標進行分析,從而驗證了聲環(huán)境改造的經(jīng)濟可行性。通過模擬實驗,總結(jié)生態(tài)模式下聲環(huán)境的控制和預(yù)防,在生態(tài)住宅模式下全面地對聲環(huán)境進行改造。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, with the development of science and technology, the high-intensity exploitation and use of natural resources have caused great damage to the natural environment. In the course of economic development in recent decades, people have sought a sustainable economic model-circular economy. This economic development mode can be summarized as the research and development of ecological housing in the field of human settlement environment construction. With the increasing development of domestic social economy, the public's attention is not only limited to the basic problem of food and clothing, but also to the environmental problems closely related to life. Domestic related industries with extensive and quantitative growth modes, especially the construction industry, have a high degree of manual or semi-mechanized operation, and their labour productivity is less than 1/2 of that of developed countries, resulting in low efficiency. The problem of high energy consumption has aroused people's attention and reflection. Because the level of planning and design of some houses is not high, there is still a big gap between the applicability of housing and modern housing standards. Improving and optimizing the housing quality, emphasizing the comfort of indoor environment has become an important aspect to be considered in ecological housing. All kinds of noise in modern buildings bring a lot of troubles to owners, strong complaints and frequent complaints expose serious sound environment problems. In this paper, the indoor noise is predicted by using the indoor acoustic environment simulation software Odeon combined with the relevant codes and guidelines in China. In the early stage of design, through the optimization of the use state, design and other aspects, the factors affecting the indoor acoustic environment, the assessment of the front indoor acoustic environment, the deepening of the design connotation, and provide a strong basis for the control of the indoor acoustic environment. So as to improve the indoor sound environment. In this paper, the sound environment of the bedroom study is simulated through the relevant sound environment norms in China, and the ideal state, the actual existence of the gap state, and the operating conditions in the open window state are simulated separately. The corresponding noise reduction measures are adopted to reconstruct the acoustic environment under the actual condition of gap, and the economic indexes before and after the reconstruction of the acoustic environment are analyzed by the cost of the decoration project, thus the economic feasibility of the reconstruction of the acoustic environment is verified. Through the simulation experiment, the control and prevention of sound environment under ecological mode are summarized, and the sound environment is completely reformed in ecological residence mode.
