基于能耗模擬的精密空調(diào)溫濕度協(xié)同優(yōu)化控制

【摘要】:精密空調(diào)應(yīng)用廣泛,但在精密空調(diào)應(yīng)用場(chǎng)所,空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗占場(chǎng)所總能耗的很大比例。為優(yōu)化精密空調(diào)運(yùn)行及節(jié)約能耗,建立基于能耗模擬的精密空調(diào)溫濕度協(xié)同控制優(yōu)化運(yùn)行模型。采用熱平衡理論,結(jié)合場(chǎng)所室內(nèi)設(shè)備的散熱功率及室外溫度變化,建立室內(nèi)溫度設(shè)定值與空調(diào)負(fù)荷的熱平衡方程;進(jìn)一步考慮室內(nèi)外相對(duì)濕度的差異,建立空調(diào)加濕與除濕的能耗平衡模型;并以空調(diào)運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和穩(wěn)定性為目標(biāo),建立精密空調(diào)溫濕度協(xié)同控制優(yōu)化運(yùn)行模型。采用理想點(diǎn)法和遺傳算法對(duì)模型求解,實(shí)現(xiàn)兼顧穩(wěn)定及經(jīng)濟(jì)性的空調(diào)運(yùn)行方式的優(yōu)化控制,最后通過(guò)算例分析證明模型的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Precision air conditioning is widely used, but in precision air conditioning applications, the energy consumption of air conditioning system accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption of the site. In order to optimize the operation of precision air conditioning and save energy consumption, the optimal operation model of temperature and humidity cooperative control based on energy consumption simulation was established. The heat balance equation between indoor temperature setting value and air conditioning load is established by using the heat balance theory combined with the heat dissipation power of indoor equipment and the change of outdoor temperature. Considering the difference of indoor and outdoor relative humidity, the balance model of energy consumption between humidification and dehumidification of air-conditioning is established, and the optimal operation model of temperature-humidity cooperative control for precision air-conditioning is established with the aim of economy and stability of air-conditioning operation. The ideal point method and genetic algorithm are used to solve the model to realize the optimal control of air-conditioning operation mode, which takes into account both stability and economy. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the model are proved by an example.
