筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝成套設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:包裝機(jī)械是包裝工業(yè)的重要基礎(chǔ),包裝機(jī)械的水平是包裝工業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)鍵,并且其在輕工機(jī)械行業(yè)中占有重要地位。筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝成套設(shè)備作為包裝機(jī)械的一種,用于完成筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝的所有過(guò)程。 目前,筒子紗包裝大多由人工完成或者由機(jī)器代替部分工序完成。包裝時(shí),人需要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間機(jī)械地重復(fù)單調(diào)的工作,非常容易使人疲勞,并且人工包裝的效率較低,會(huì)占用大量的人力資源,F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝機(jī),但依然不能完全實(shí)現(xiàn)包裝過(guò)程的自動(dòng)化。設(shè)計(jì)一種可以實(shí)現(xiàn)筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備,亟需進(jìn)一步研究,也符合我國(guó)紡織行業(yè)對(duì)包裝設(shè)備的迫切需求。 筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝成套設(shè)備是自動(dòng)化、智能化的用于紡織行業(yè)的包裝設(shè)備,是集檢測(cè)技術(shù)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、氣動(dòng)技術(shù)、電力拖動(dòng)和實(shí)時(shí)控制于一體的自動(dòng)包裝流水線。整套設(shè)備由多個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)或設(shè)備組成,每個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)或設(shè)備負(fù)責(zé)一道包裝工序,各部分分工協(xié)作,共同完成筒子紗的自動(dòng)包裝過(guò)程。設(shè)備的安全性、可靠性和實(shí)用性是保證系統(tǒng)有效完成任務(wù)的關(guān)鍵。 本文分析了筒子紗的包裝過(guò)程,研究并設(shè)計(jì)了筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝成套設(shè)備,針對(duì)自動(dòng)包裝過(guò)程中的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和技術(shù)進(jìn)行了如下幾個(gè)方面的研究: 研究筒子紗的包裝工藝和要求,確定了利用自動(dòng)化設(shè)備包裝筒子紗的流程,運(yùn)用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法完成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的軟硬件方案。由PLC統(tǒng)一控制整個(gè)包裝過(guò)程,通過(guò)觸摸屏和上位機(jī)組態(tài)實(shí)現(xiàn)整套設(shè)備的運(yùn)行監(jiān)控和參數(shù)設(shè)置。 運(yùn)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)和傳感器檢測(cè)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)各個(gè)模塊的設(shè)計(jì),從功能原理、裝置結(jié)構(gòu)和成本等方面對(duì)比每個(gè)模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,選擇最合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案。采用氣動(dòng)方式驅(qū)動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),根據(jù)功能要求選擇封塑設(shè)備、稱重設(shè)備和噴碼機(jī)。 研究氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng),對(duì)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行理論分析與計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu);根據(jù)功能要求選擇氣動(dòng)元件,完成整個(gè)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 研究工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中常用的控制方式,選擇合適的控制器并設(shè)計(jì)控制單元的硬件系統(tǒng),研究并設(shè)計(jì)了筒子紗輸送線及其速度規(guī)劃與控制;設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)及硬件抗干擾措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)PLC與噴碼機(jī)、變頻器和稱重終端的數(shù)據(jù)交換。 在硬件參數(shù)滿足控制要求的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了控制系統(tǒng)各個(gè)子功能模塊的流程和軟件;設(shè)計(jì)了操作面板和上位機(jī)的功能與組態(tài)畫面,實(shí)現(xiàn)筒子紗自動(dòng)的包裝過(guò)程監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)歸檔和報(bào)表輸出。 最后分析了筒子紗自動(dòng)包裝成套設(shè)備的各項(xiàng)性能,分析了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和實(shí)用性,分析了系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新性與先進(jìn)性,總結(jié)了本課題設(shè)計(jì)的自動(dòng)包裝設(shè)備在速度、效率和功能等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Packaging machinery is an important foundation of packaging industry, the level of packaging machinery is the key to the development of packaging industry, and it plays an important role in light industry machinery industry. Package yarn automatic packaging equipment as a packaging machinery, used to complete all the package yarn automatic packaging process. At present, the package of package yarn by manual or machine instead of part of the process completed. When packaging, people need to repeat the monotonous work for a long time mechanically. It is very easy to make people tired, and the efficiency of artificial packaging is low, which will take up a lot of human resources. Now automatic packaging machine has appeared, but still can not fully automate the packaging process. It is necessary to design an automatic equipment for automatic packaging of package yarn, which needs further research and meets the urgent need of packaging equipment in China's textile industry. Automatic package equipment is an automatic, intelligent packaging equipment for textile industry. It is an automatic packaging assembly line which integrates testing technology, mechanical design, pneumatic technology, electric drive and real-time control. The whole set of equipment consists of a number of institutions or equipment, each organization or equipment responsible for a packaging process, each part of the division of labor cooperation, together to complete the automatic packaging process of package yarn. The safety, reliability and practicability of the equipment are the key to ensure the effective completion of the system. In this paper, the packing process of package yarn is analyzed, and the complete set of equipment for automatic packing of bobbin yarn is studied and designed. Several key links and techniques in the process of automatic packaging are studied in the following aspects: the packaging process and requirements of package yarn are studied, and the process of packaging package yarn with automatic equipment is determined. The software and hardware scheme of the whole system is completed by modularization design method. The whole packaging process is uniformly controlled by PLC, and the operation monitoring and parameter setting of the whole equipment are realized through the configuration of touch screen and upper computer. The mechanical design technology and sensor detection technology are used to realize the design of each module. The most reasonable design scheme is selected from the aspects of function principle, device structure and cost. Pneumatic drive actuator, according to the functional requirements of the selection of plastic sealing equipment, weighing equipment and inkjet machine. The whole structure of pneumatic system is designed by theoretical analysis and calculation of pneumatic system, and the pneumatic components are selected according to the functional requirements to complete the design scheme of the whole pneumatic system. The commonly used control methods in the industrial field are studied, the appropriate controller is selected and the hardware system of the control unit is designed, and the silo yarn conveying line and its speed planning and control are studied and designed. The communication network and hardware anti-jamming measures of the system are designed to realize the data exchange between PLC and inkjet printer, inverter and weighing terminal. On the basis of the hardware parameters meeting the control requirements, the flow chart and software of each sub-function module of the control system are designed. The function and configuration picture of operation panel and upper computer are designed to realize automatic packing process monitoring data archiving and report output. Finally, the performance of package equipment for automatic packaging of package yarn is analyzed, the reliability and practicability of the system are analyzed, the innovation and advanced nature of the system are analyzed, and the speed of the automatic packaging equipment designed by this subject is summarized.
