基于參數(shù)化形狀語法的產(chǎn)品識別設(shè)計方法研究
[Abstract]:Product identification design is the main method to continue the design style and create the unique product image of the enterprise. It is also one of the important contents of the enterprise design management. According to the literature investigation and design practice research, the product identification design of enterprises is mostly completed by the industrial designers with their own design experience and semantic transformation ability, which is lack of rational systematic method flow and quantitative data research support. The research on product identification in academic circles mostly chooses the product with clear style orientation and rich sample history as the object of study. The authenticity of the result is beyond doubt, but whether it is suitable for domestic SMEs is still open to question. In this paper, the design method of product identification is studied, and the parameterized shape syntax is combined with product recognition, and the product of Fangtai enterprise is studied from the following four aspects. First, using cognitive psychology, perceptual engineering and other methods to clarify the positioning of enterprise products, extract product style image and recessive characteristics. Secondly, the dominant features of the research samples are extracted by morphological analysis, and the general-purpose shape grammar generation rules of the research samples are defined, and the product related functional constraints are applied to the generation rules to avoid the generation of unreasonable schemes. It can be used for derivative product innovation. Thirdly, by extending the sample to be studied by orthogonal test, the mapping model of recessive feature and dominant feature is established, the weight and contribution rate of shape part and modeling feature to recessive feature are calculated, and the main modeling features are extracted. Fourthly, under the constraint of styling style, the variation range of main modeling features is studied, and the assumption that the component features with high weight and high contribution rate should be modified to be stable, and the component features with low weight and low contribution rate can be appropriately modified can be obtained. Finally, the modification rules of shape syntax are used to derive the product form with enterprise style. At the end of this paper, the product identification design of Titan Group is introduced, and the design scheme of the rotor spinning machine is one of the application achievements of this paper.
