【摘要】：目的設計和研究一種焊條包裝盒自動開盒成型裝置,實現(xiàn)焊條自動包裝機自動裝盒。方法通過對焊條包裝現(xiàn)狀的調研與分析,結合焊條生產企業(yè)實際生產現(xiàn)狀和焊條包裝方式,分析了焊條包裝自動開盒裝置開盒動作的工藝流程,設計了一種適合焊條包裝機自動開盒成型的裝置,并建立機構運動數(shù)學模型,確定了開盒裝置的取盒位移、送盒位移、開盒位移以及開盒卡槽的尺寸。結果該裝置以氣缸為動力機構,在PLC程序控制器控制下各功能部件動作協(xié)調有序,能自動連續(xù)完成焊條包裝盒片的吸取、推送、撐開等一系列動作。結論該自動開盒裝置取盒、推盒、開盒動作穩(wěn)定、可靠,結構簡單,解決了焊條自動包裝機自動裝盒的技術難題。
[Abstract]:Aim to design and study a kind of automatic box opening forming device for electrode packing box, and realize automatic packing machine for welding rod. Methods based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of electrode packaging, combined with the actual production situation of electrode production enterprise and the packing mode of welding rod, the technological process of automatic box opening device for welding rod packaging was analyzed. A device suitable for automatic box opening and forming of welding rod packaging machine is designed, and a mathematical model of mechanism motion is established. The box taking displacement, box feeding displacement, open box displacement and the size of box opening slot are determined. Results the device takes the cylinder as the power mechanism, and under the control of the PLC program controller, the actions of the functional components are coordinated and orderly, and can automatically and continuously complete a series of actions such as absorbing, pushing and opening the welding rod packing box. Conclusion the automatic box opening device is stable, reliable and simple in operation, which solves the technical problem of automatic packing machine for welding rod.
