強(qiáng)化Petlyuk分壁精餾塔分離四元混合醇的動態(tài)控制

【摘要】:強(qiáng)化Petlyuk分壁精餾塔(PDWC)可在一個塔內(nèi)實現(xiàn)四元混合物的高純度分離。以分離甲醇(Methanol)、乙醇(Ethanol)、正丙醇(1-Propanol)和正丁醇(1-Butanol)為對象,在優(yōu)化的PDWC的嚴(yán)格穩(wěn)態(tài)精餾模型的基礎(chǔ)上,采用2種不同的濃度控制結(jié)構(gòu)對PDWC的動態(tài)控制效果進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,2種控制結(jié)構(gòu)均能對進(jìn)料組分±20%的波動進(jìn)行有效的控制。采用塔釜熱負(fù)荷控制上、下側(cè)線中雜質(zhì)和塔釜雜質(zhì)的總和的方法,可使乙醇產(chǎn)品純度更接近設(shè)定值,再沸器負(fù)荷略有增加。通過最小蒸汽量V-min圖分析控制過程中產(chǎn)品純度偏差的原因,即當(dāng)進(jìn)料組成發(fā)生變化導(dǎo)致V-min增加時,乙醇產(chǎn)品純度會略低于設(shè)定值;相反,當(dāng)進(jìn)料組成發(fā)生變化導(dǎo)致V-min減小時,乙醇產(chǎn)品純度會略高于設(shè)定值。這一現(xiàn)象表明,進(jìn)料組成波動所導(dǎo)致V-min變化與乙醇產(chǎn)品純度的變化呈負(fù)相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Enhanced Petlyuk fractionation column (PDWC) can achieve high purity separation of quaternary mixtures in a single column. The separation of methanol (Methanol), ethanol (Ethanol), n-propanol (1-Propanol) and n-butanol (1-Butanol) was studied on the basis of an optimized model of PDWC's strict steady-state distillation. The dynamic control effect of PDWC was studied by using two different concentration control structures. The results show that the fluctuation of feed component 鹵20% can be effectively controlled by the two control structures. By adopting the summation of impurity and impurity in the lower side line of the tower, the purity of ethanol product is closer to the set value, and the load of reboiler is slightly increased. The reason of the product purity deviation in the control process was analyzed by V-min diagram of the minimum steam quantity, that is, when the feed composition changed and the V-min increased, the purity of the ethanol product would be slightly lower than the set value. On the contrary, when the feed composition changes and the V-min decreases, the purity of ethanol product is slightly higher than the set value. This phenomenon indicates that the change of V-min caused by the fluctuation of feed composition is negatively correlated with the change of ethanol purity.
