【摘要】：目的產(chǎn)品服務系統(tǒng)使用過程是多種復雜交互行為構成的集合,復雜情境下用戶需求不斷變化,導致設計概念模型與用戶心智模型不能有效映射,關于該問題一直沒有得到有效解決。用戶情境數(shù)據(jù)形成多維空間,大量數(shù)據(jù)之間存在規(guī)律與關聯(lián),需要更加直觀的方法幫助設計師了解用戶需求,輔助設計師迅速作出設計決策。方法運用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與知識發(fā)現(xiàn)技術,通過信息可視化系統(tǒng)模型構建,對用戶情境數(shù)據(jù)進行深入挖掘與視覺呈現(xiàn),探索設計概念模型與用戶心智模型的映射機制,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品服務系統(tǒng)中用戶域—功能域—方案域之間的轉換,支持產(chǎn)品服務系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新設計。重點研究有情境分類、情境感知多維數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、情境感知多維數(shù)據(jù)可視化、情境感知多維數(shù)據(jù)可視化的產(chǎn)品服務系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新設計。結論研究成果將提高設計師設計決策的效率,解決產(chǎn)品服務創(chuàng)新設計過程中的模糊、遲緩、無效等問題。
[Abstract]:The process of using product service system is a collection of complex interactive behaviors. The user's needs are constantly changing in complex situations, which results in the design conceptual model and the user's mental model can not be mapped effectively. The problem has not been effectively resolved. User situational data form multidimensional space, and a large number of data have laws and relationships. It needs more intuitive methods to help designers understand user needs and assist designers to make design decisions quickly. Methods by using data mining and knowledge discovery technology, the information visualization system model was constructed to mine and visualize the user situation data, and to explore the mapping mechanism between the conceptual model and the user's mental model. The conversion between user domain, function domain and solution domain in product service system is realized, and the innovative design of product service system is supported. This paper focuses on the innovative design of product service system including situational classification, situation-aware multidimensional data mining and situation-aware multidimensional data visualization. Conclusion the research results will improve the efficiency of designer's design decision and solve the problems of ambiguity, tardiness and ineffectiveness in the process of product and service innovation design.
