【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)個(gè)性化和快速交貨需求的加劇,傳統(tǒng)集中式的制造模式正在朝著分布式的制造模式發(fā)展。研究者們相繼提出了多代理制造系統(tǒng)、合弄(holon)制造系統(tǒng)的概念和框架,擬通過構(gòu)建具有自治性、協(xié)作性和動(dòng)態(tài)性的智能體,并通過智能體之間的感知和交互來適應(yīng)制造環(huán)境的變化,從而使制造系統(tǒng)具備自適應(yīng)、自組織和快速響應(yīng)能力。然而,由于現(xiàn)有分布式柔性制造系統(tǒng)缺乏有效的資源自主感知和智能控制機(jī)制,導(dǎo)致其在實(shí)際的工業(yè)過程中應(yīng)用較少。 鑒于此,論文在分析現(xiàn)有分布式柔性制造系統(tǒng)在資源感知和過程控制方面存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)制造過程和資源進(jìn)行分析,將制造資源分為主動(dòng)資源和被動(dòng)資源,為主動(dòng)資源配置終端控制機(jī)、RFID讀寫器等設(shè)備,為被動(dòng)資源配置RFID標(biāo)簽；接著為各類制造資源構(gòu)建基于Petri網(wǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)和行為邏輯模型,對(duì)工件制造過程所需關(guān)鍵信息進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),將設(shè)計(jì)信息及Petri網(wǎng)模型轉(zhuǎn)化為可存儲(chǔ)的XML文件,并通過RFID等技術(shù)嵌入到制造資源中,使制造資源成為具有高度自治性的智能體；最后,研究各制造資源的交互過程,進(jìn)一步詳細(xì)闡述上述方法的有效性和可行性,并設(shè)計(jì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下基于Petri網(wǎng)的制造資源感知和過程控制系統(tǒng)。上述技術(shù)和方法研究為制造資源的自動(dòng)感知和過程控制奠定了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of market individuation and rapid delivery demand, the traditional centralized manufacturing model is developing towards distributed manufacturing mode. Researchers have proposed the concept and framework of multi-agent manufacturing system (holon), which is designed to construct autonomous, cooperative and dynamic agents. Through the perception and interaction between agents to adapt to the changes of manufacturing environment, the manufacturing system has the ability of self-adaptation, self-organization and rapid response. However, due to the lack of effective resource autonomous sensing and intelligent control mechanism, the existing distributed flexible manufacturing systems have less application in the actual industrial process. In view of this, on the basis of analyzing the problems of resource perception and process control in the existing distributed flexible manufacturing system, firstly, the manufacturing process and resources are analyzed, and the manufacturing resources are divided into active and passive resources. For active resource configuration terminal control machine, RFID reader and other devices, for passive resources configuration RFID tags; Then, the real-time state and behavior logic model based on Petri net is constructed for all kinds of manufacturing resources. The key information of the manufacturing process is designed, and the design information and Petri net model are transformed into stored XML files. The manufacturing resources are embedded into the manufacturing resources through RFID and other technologies, which make manufacturing resources become a highly autonomous agent. Finally, the interactive process of manufacturing resources is studied, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the above methods are described in detail, and a manufacturing resource awareness and process control system based on Petri net is designed in the Internet of things environment. These techniques and methods lay a theoretical foundation for automatic perception and process control of manufacturing resources.
