K公司包裝自動化改進(jìn)項目研究

【摘要】:本課題來源于K公司技術(shù)改進(jìn)實際項目,該公司是一家生產(chǎn)存儲類電子產(chǎn)品的大型跨國企業(yè)。近年來,隨著土地價格的飛漲;原材料和運輸成本的提升;人力成本的大幅增加;用戶在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及性能方面的要求日益升高;眾多非正規(guī)渠道的產(chǎn)品的惡性競爭,制造企業(yè)利潤空間越來越小,今日及今后的發(fā)展都將面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和考驗。 K公司因其產(chǎn)品體積;數(shù)量巨大;品種繁多;生產(chǎn)周期短,質(zhì)量要求高的特點,決定了其生產(chǎn)工藝,特別是后序的包裝過程需要大量的操作人員手工完成,而在現(xiàn)今的情況下,由于勞動力成本的提升及不穩(wěn)定性的增加,手工操作效率低下,質(zhì)量無法保證,給公司的發(fā)展管理及盈利造成很大的困難,降低此類風(fēng)險刻不容緩。 因此,K公司意圖針對后序的包裝過程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的自動化改造,本文將針對該自動化改造項目,依據(jù)項目管理理論,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的可行性分析,并制定詳細(xì)的項目計劃及工作范圍的定義,為K公司提供切實可行的理論依據(jù)及執(zhí)行參考。
[Abstract]:This project comes from the technical improvement project of K Company, which is a large multinational enterprise producing storage electronics. In recent years, with the rapid increase of land price, the increase of raw material and transportation cost, the substantial increase of labor cost, the demand of users in product quality and performance is increasing day by day. With the vicious competition of many products in informal channels, the profit space of manufacturing enterprises is becoming smaller and smaller. Today and in the future, the development will be faced with great challenges and tests. K company because of its small volume, large quantity, a wide variety of products; The characteristics of short production cycle and high quality requirements determine the production process, especially the post-sequence packaging process, which requires a large number of operators to complete it manually, but in the present situation, due to the increase in labor costs and instability, The efficiency of manual operation is low and the quality can not be guaranteed, which brings great difficulties to the development, management and profit of the company, so it is urgent to reduce this kind of risk. Therefore, K company intends to carry on the systematic automation transformation to the packaging process of the later sequence, this article will aim at this automation transformation project, according to the project management theory, carries on the system feasibility analysis, And the detailed project plan and the definition of the scope of work for K Company to provide practical theoretical basis and implementation reference.
