基于TRIZ的便攜式鋼筋捆扎機創(chuàng)新設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:本文以發(fā)明問題解決理論(TRIZ)為指導(dǎo),主要運用TRIZ進化理論的進化法則和進化路線來構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品的最佳信息結(jié)構(gòu)模型,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有鋼筋捆扎機的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況,根據(jù)所構(gòu)建的鋼筋捆扎機信息結(jié)構(gòu)模型提出了新型便攜式鋼筋捆扎機創(chuàng)新設(shè)計方案,用以解決鋼筋捆扎機現(xiàn)存的絲盤和電池更換頻繁、手持重量超負(fù)荷等問題。 為確定產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新目標(biāo)和最終方案,需要有序組織搜集到的產(chǎn)品信息,本文提出了基于TRIZ進化理論的產(chǎn)品最佳信息結(jié)構(gòu)模型的構(gòu)建方法和流程,結(jié)合鋼筋捆扎機產(chǎn)品信息,生成了鋼筋捆扎機最佳信息結(jié)構(gòu)模型,確定了鋼筋捆扎機的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計目標(biāo)。 分別以鋼筋捆扎機專利、設(shè)計者和客戶(包括建筑企業(yè)和鋼筋捆扎機操作者)為研究對象,應(yīng)用TRIZ理論對鋼筋捆扎機最佳信息結(jié)構(gòu)模型中的進化路線進行潛能分析,得到進化潛能充足的路線,據(jù)該路線提示獲取鋼筋捆扎機最具潛力的創(chuàng)新方案——長距離送絲便攜式鋼筋捆扎機。 對長距離送絲便攜式鋼筋捆扎機創(chuàng)新方案的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行分析,應(yīng)用TRIZ1141中物理沖突與分離原理分析解決了送絲導(dǎo)管的內(nèi)徑大小設(shè)定問題,探討了送絲與扭轉(zhuǎn)動作快速切換及四大機構(gòu)與傳動機構(gòu)原理性設(shè)計問題。 最后針對不同的送絲方式和消費主體創(chuàng)新性地提出了三種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的長距離送絲式鋼筋捆扎機,并對其作了原理性結(jié)構(gòu)分析,在理論上證實了該方案結(jié)構(gòu)形式的合理性與可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of problem solving theory (TRIZ), this paper mainly uses the evolutionary law and route of TRIZ evolution theory to construct the best information structure model of the product, combined with the domestic and international development situation of the existing steel bar strapping machine. According to the information structure model of steel bar strapping machine, a new innovative design scheme of portable steel bar strapping machine is put forward, which can solve the problems such as frequent replacement of wire disk and battery, overload of handheld weight and so on. In order to determine the innovation goal and final plan of the product, it is necessary to organize the product information collected in an orderly way. In this paper, the method and process of constructing the best information structure model of the product based on TRIZ evolution theory are put forward, and the product information of the steel bar strapping machine is combined. The optimal information structure model of steel bar strapping machine is generated, and the innovative design goal of steel bar strapping machine is determined. Taking the patent of steel bar strapping machine, designers and customers (including construction enterprises and operators of steel bar strapping machine) as research objects, the potential of evolution in the best information structure model of steel bar strapping machine is analyzed by using TRIZ theory. A route with sufficient evolutionary potential is obtained, according to which the most potential innovative solution for obtaining the steel bar strapping machine is the long distance wire feeding portable steel bar strapping machine. This paper analyzes the key technology of the innovative scheme of the portable steel bar strapping machine for long distance wire feeding, and applies the physical conflict and separation principle in TRIZ1141 to analyze and solve the problem of setting the inner diameter of the wire feeding pipe. This paper discusses the fast switching of wire feeding and torsion and the principle design of four mechanisms and transmission mechanism. Finally, according to different wire feeding methods and consumers, three kinds of long distance wire feeding bar strapping machine are put forward, and the principle structure analysis is made. The rationality and feasibility of the structural form of the scheme are proved theoretically.
