R32制冷系統(tǒng)濕壓縮的最佳吸氣干度范圍

【摘要】:濕壓縮應(yīng)用于R32制冷系統(tǒng)時能有效降低壓縮機排氣溫度,但是其對系統(tǒng)性能的影響有待研究。在熱力循環(huán)理論計算分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用變頻滾動轉(zhuǎn)子式壓縮機制冷循環(huán)實驗臺,通過改變壓縮機頻率和電子膨脹閥的開度做了一系列實驗,研究不同工況下R32制冷系統(tǒng)各項參數(shù)的變化趨勢,尋找系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)時吸氣干度范圍。理論分析表明:吸氣帶液時系統(tǒng)的性能比吸氣過熱時要好;從吸氣過熱到吸氣帶液,排氣溫度快速降低,而制冷量和COP先升高后降低,壓縮機吸氣干度在0.90~0.93內(nèi),理論COP存在最大值。實驗分析表明:吸氣干度在0.96~1.0范圍內(nèi),制冷量比常規(guī)應(yīng)用中控制過熱度5℃時的高5%~10%;排氣溫度比吸氣過熱度5℃時的排氣溫度低8%~16%;COP比吸氣過熱度5℃時的高5%~8%;系統(tǒng)壓比降低,系統(tǒng)性能達到最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Wet compression can effectively reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor when it is applied to the R32 refrigeration system, but its influence on the performance of the system needs to be studied. On the basis of theoretical calculation and analysis of thermodynamic cycle, a series of experiments have been done by changing the frequency of compressor and opening of electronic expansion valve by using frequency conversion rolling rotor compressor refrigeration cycle test bench. The variation trend of the parameters of R32 refrigeration system under different operating conditions was studied to find out the optimal range of inspiratory dryness of the system. The theoretical analysis shows that the performance of the system with suction fluid is better than that with suction overheating. From inspiratory overheating to aspirating fluid, the exhaust temperature decreases rapidly, while the refrigerating capacity and COP increase first and then decrease. The suction dryness of compressor is within 0.90 ~ 0.93, and the theoretical COP has a maximum value. The experimental analysis shows that in the range of 0.96 鈩,
