混甲酚的分離過程研究

【摘要】:甲酚通常是指由鄰、間、對三種甲酚同分異構(gòu)體組成的混合物,這三種成分均可用于生產(chǎn)合成香料產(chǎn)品,在農(nóng)藥、染料、醫(yī)藥、抗氧化劑等領(lǐng)域都有著非常廣泛的應(yīng)用。甲酚主要源于化工合成或煉焦、石油、焦油砂、油頁巖干餾和城市煤氣的副產(chǎn)品,也可通過化學(xué)方法得到,但一般得到的產(chǎn)物副產(chǎn)物較多,需將其分離,由于間甲酚和對甲酚的沸點(diǎn)相差比較小,使用傳統(tǒng)的分離方法很難將其分離,國內(nèi)還沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)甲酚分離的工業(yè)化,因此對甲酚分離工藝的研究有著非常重要的意義。本文首先制備了幾種對水穩(wěn)定的帶-SO_3H官能團(tuán)的磺酸類酸性離子液體催化劑,通過用紅外光譜(IR)、熱重分析(TG)、核磁共振氫譜(HMNR)等表征手段對制備的離子液體進(jìn)行了表征,并對離子液體的合成條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,得出制備離子液體的最佳反應(yīng)溫度為60℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為4h,攪拌速率為1500r/min。其次考查了離子液體種類及其組成對甲酚烴化反應(yīng)的影響,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)離子液體催化劑選用[HO_3SC_3NEt_3]Cl-ZnCl_2時(shí),異丁烯轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)率最高,并且當(dāng)離子液體[HO_3SC_3NEt_3]Cl-ZnCl_2中ZnCl_2的摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)為84%時(shí),催化效果最好。再次,以間甲酚和對甲酚混合物為原料,在催化劑存在的條件下用烴化法分離間甲酚和對甲酚的混合物,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了催化劑種類、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、異丁烯空速等對甲酚烴化反應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)化率和選擇性的影響,然后通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)得到烴化法分離間、對甲酚混合物的最優(yōu)工藝條件。最后本文以減壓精餾產(chǎn)物為原料,對脫烴化反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究,包括催化劑種類及其催化劑用量等研究,得到純度較高的間甲酚。
[Abstract]:Cresol is usually a mixture of o-, m-, p-cresol isomers, which can be used to produce synthetic spices. Cresol is widely used in pesticide, dyestuff, medicine, antioxidant and so on. Cresol is mainly derived from chemical synthesis or coking, petroleum, tar sands, oil shale retorts and city gas by-products, which can also be obtained by chemical methods. Because the boiling point difference between m-cresol and p-cresol is relatively small, it is very difficult to separate m-cresol from p-cresol by traditional separation method, and the industrialization of cresol separation has not been realized in China, so the study of cresol separation technology is of great significance. In this paper, several kinds of water-stable sulfonic acid ionic liquid catalysts with SO_3H functional group were prepared. The (TG), was analyzed by IR (IR), thermogravimetric analysis.
