基于可拓理論的瓷片包角裝置的設(shè)計(jì)與研究
[Abstract]:Ceramic products are brittle, high quality and easy to lose use value due to collision during transportation. The packaging of porcelain chips has a great effect on the quality of products. At present, the domestic automatic packaging technology is still immature, still mainly manual packaging. The automatic packaging production line is developed under this background, and the automatic packaging angle device is the key part of it. Firstly, this paper uses extension design method to design and evaluate the scheme of automatic packing angle device for ceramic chip (size 300X450X9.8mm/ sheet, 10 pieces / group). In the design of the scheme, the matter element in extension theory is used to express the matter element, and the matter element is divergent from the diamond thinking model to describe the deep knowledge in the design process, and a variety of design schemes are obtained. The optimal scheme is determined by the convergence of matter-element by means of real and false matter-element information method and extension comprehensive evaluation method. Secondly, according to the optimal scheme, the structural design of conveying assembly, jacking assembly, clamping alignment assembly, powerless rectangular angle bunker and suction package angle assembly are carried out. Finally, the prototype of the ceramic chip angle wrapping device is developed, which is characterized by the use of rectangular silo and rocking block mechanism to complete the work of the angle. The testing results of the prototype show that the device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance and meets the design requirements.
