基于可拓理論的瓷片包角裝置的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:陶瓷制品易脆、質(zhì)量大,運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中的碰撞容易使其失去使用價(jià)值。瓷片的包裝對(duì)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量影響很大。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)瓷片的自動(dòng)包裝技術(shù)還很不成熟,仍以人工包裝為主,瓷片自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線正是在這樣的背景下研制的,瓷片自動(dòng)放包角裝置是其中的關(guān)鍵組成部分。 首先,本文運(yùn)用可拓設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)瓷片組(尺寸為300X450X9.8mm/片,10片/組)自動(dòng)放包角裝置進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)及評(píng)價(jià)。進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),采用可拓理論中的物元來(lái)表示,,通過(guò)菱形思維模型的思維方法對(duì)物元發(fā)散來(lái)描述設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中深層次的知識(shí),由此獲得了多種設(shè)計(jì)方案。通過(guò)真?zhèn)挝镌畔⒎ê涂赏鼐C合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)物元收斂,從而確定最優(yōu)方案。 其次,根據(jù)最優(yōu)方案,對(duì)輸送組件、頂起組件、夾緊對(duì)齊組件、無(wú)動(dòng)力矩形包角料倉(cāng)、吸放包角組件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 最后,研制出了瓷片包角裝置的樣機(jī),其特點(diǎn)是采用矩形料倉(cāng)和搖塊機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)完成放包角的工作。通過(guò)樣機(jī)的測(cè)試表明,該瓷片包角裝置,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,性能可靠,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Ceramic products are brittle, high quality and easy to lose use value due to collision during transportation. The packaging of porcelain chips has a great effect on the quality of products. At present, the domestic automatic packaging technology is still immature, still mainly manual packaging. The automatic packaging production line is developed under this background, and the automatic packaging angle device is the key part of it. Firstly, this paper uses extension design method to design and evaluate the scheme of automatic packing angle device for ceramic chip (size 300X450X9.8mm/ sheet, 10 pieces / group). In the design of the scheme, the matter element in extension theory is used to express the matter element, and the matter element is divergent from the diamond thinking model to describe the deep knowledge in the design process, and a variety of design schemes are obtained. The optimal scheme is determined by the convergence of matter-element by means of real and false matter-element information method and extension comprehensive evaluation method. Secondly, according to the optimal scheme, the structural design of conveying assembly, jacking assembly, clamping alignment assembly, powerless rectangular angle bunker and suction package angle assembly are carried out. Finally, the prototype of the ceramic chip angle wrapping device is developed, which is characterized by the use of rectangular silo and rocking block mechanism to complete the work of the angle. The testing results of the prototype show that the device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance and meets the design requirements.
