基于知識(shí)流的設(shè)計(jì)更改執(zhí)行階段過程改進(jìn)

【摘要】:針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)更改執(zhí)行階段效率的問題,從知識(shí)傳遞角度分析了設(shè)計(jì)更改執(zhí)行過程中的知識(shí)流動(dòng)機(jī)制,結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)更改執(zhí)行過程活動(dòng)的離散并行性、邏輯時(shí)序性以及知識(shí)顯/隱性轉(zhuǎn)化特點(diǎn),提出了基于改進(jìn)時(shí)序Petri網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)更改執(zhí)行過程知識(shí)流建模方法和面向知識(shí)流分析的知識(shí)活動(dòng)解構(gòu)方法,建立了設(shè)計(jì)更改執(zhí)行過程改進(jìn)模型。提出了基于KFO-TPN模型的設(shè)計(jì)更改執(zhí)行過程關(guān)鍵路徑識(shí)別算法,以及基于語義信息增益和結(jié)構(gòu)信息增益的設(shè)計(jì)更改過程知識(shí)流動(dòng)合理性分析方法。以某研制型企業(yè)中設(shè)計(jì)更改單在車間內(nèi)執(zhí)行階段的過程改進(jìn)為例驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the efficiency of design change execution, this paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge flow in design change execution from the point of view of knowledge transfer, and combines the discrete parallelism of design change execution process. Based on the logic timing and the characteristics of knowledge explicit / tacit transformation, a modeling method of knowledge flow in design change execution process based on improved sequential Petri nets and a knowledge activity deconstruction method for knowledge flow analysis are proposed. A design change execution process improvement model is established. A key path identification algorithm for design change execution process based on KFO-TPN model is proposed, and the rationality analysis method of knowledge flow in design change process based on semantic information gain and structure information gain is presented. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of the process improvement of the design change order in the workshop during the execution phase in a R & D enterprise.
