60K斯特林制冷機(jī)回?zé)崞鹘Y(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:回?zé)崞髯鳛榛責(zé)崾降蜏刂评錂C(jī)的核心部件,其效率的提升對(duì)低溫制冷機(jī)具有重要意義。對(duì)研制的60K斯特林制冷機(jī)回?zé)崞鬟M(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和試驗(yàn)研究,獲得了最佳回?zé)崞魈盍稀Mㄟ^(guò)對(duì)回?zé)崞骼涠藫Q熱器結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,討論了其空隙率及局部損失對(duì)整機(jī)性能的影響,得到了冷端換熱器的最佳空隙率,有效提高了制冷機(jī)的制冷量及其溫度穩(wěn)定性。在制冷機(jī)質(zhì)量小于2.0kg以下,獲得了1.8W/60K@23℃制冷性能。
[Abstract]:As the core component of the regenerative cryogenic refrigerator, the improvement of its efficiency is of great significance to the cryogenic refrigerator. The optimized design and experimental study of the regenerator of the 60 K Stirling refrigerator were carried out, and the optimum packing of the regenerator was obtained. By optimizing the structure of the cold end heat exchanger of the regenerator, the influence of its void ratio and local loss on the performance of the whole machine is discussed, and the optimum void ratio of the cold end heat exchanger is obtained, which effectively improves the refrigerating capacity and the temperature stability of the refrigerator.
