基于任務(wù)可用度的設(shè)備維修建模與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:設(shè)備故障停機(jī)導(dǎo)致的總損失成本包括設(shè)備維修成本和生產(chǎn)任務(wù)損失成本。為減少多設(shè)備混聯(lián)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中設(shè)備故障停機(jī)帶來的總損失成本,以設(shè)備停機(jī)總損失成本最小化為目標(biāo),綜合考慮設(shè)備失效率和修復(fù)率兩方面因素,建立了基于設(shè)備任務(wù)可用度的維修成本模型。探討了利用遺傳蟻群算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解的方法。最后以發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)凸輪機(jī)加工線設(shè)備為例,驗(yàn)證了所建模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:The total cost of equipment downtime includes equipment maintenance cost and production task loss cost. In order to reduce the total loss cost caused by equipment failure shutdown in multi-equipment hybrid production system, aiming at minimizing the total loss cost of equipment downtime, the failure rate and repair rate of equipment are considered comprehensively. The maintenance cost model based on the availability of equipment task is established. The optimization method of genetic ant colony algorithm is discussed. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by taking the engine cam machining line equipment as an example.
