精密軸承的預(yù)緊力定位包裝研究

【摘要】:目的解決精密軸承現(xiàn)有包裝在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中受到振動(dòng)和沖擊影響易導(dǎo)致其接觸面間的表面質(zhì)量下降的問(wèn)題。方法提出了一種剛?cè)峤Y(jié)合的精密軸承包裝方法,通過(guò)預(yù)緊力定位裝置消除軸承滾動(dòng)體與內(nèi)圈兩者間游隙,結(jié)合緩沖襯墊對(duì)包裝件進(jìn)行防護(hù)。通過(guò)應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變?cè)碓O(shè)計(jì)預(yù)緊力定位裝置結(jié)構(gòu),并利用有限元軟件模擬該裝置與軸承相互作用的工作過(guò)程,研究該過(guò)程中軸承受力變化情況及預(yù)緊裝置的力學(xué)表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果仿真結(jié)果顯示定位裝置對(duì)軸承施加預(yù)緊力后游隙消失,且軸承的彈性變形在可承受范圍內(nèi)。通過(guò)對(duì)整體包裝件進(jìn)行自由跌落試驗(yàn),測(cè)得軸承受到的沖擊加速度小于50G,并檢測(cè)軸承接觸表面無(wú)損傷。結(jié)論所提出的精密軸承包裝方法能夠?qū)茌S承提供保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Aim to solve the problem that the impact of vibration and shock on the current packaging of precision bearings can lead to the deterioration of the surface quality between the contact surfaces. Methods A rigid and flexible packing method for precision bearing was proposed. The clearance between the rolling body and the inner ring of the bearing was eliminated by the pretightening force positioning device, and the packaging was protected by the cushioning pad. Based on the stress-strain principle, the structure of the pretightening force locator is designed, and the working process of the interaction between the device and the bearing is simulated by using the finite element software. The mechanical behavior of the preloading device and the bearing force change during the process are studied. Results the simulation results show that the clearance disappears after the pretightening force is applied by the positioning device and the elastic deformation of the bearing is within the tolerable range. The free drop test of the whole package shows that the impact acceleration of the bearing is less than 50 Gand the contact surface of the bearing is not damaged. Conclusion the proposed packaging method can provide protection for precision bearing.
