面向高齡者的情感交流產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the aging process, the number of the elderly is increasing, and many of them have serious psychological problems due to their loneliness and lack of communication. They desire to interact with family, friends and society through good emotional communication to ease their loneliness. At present, scholars at home and abroad have less research on the emotional communication of the elderly, and the products of emotional communication for the elderly are also very scarce in the market. Therefore, through the study of the elderly, the communication strategy based on emotional relationship can not only guide the design practice of emotional communication products, but also assist the elderly to achieve good emotional communication. Moreover, it enriches the theoretical system of emotional communication among the elderly. In this paper, the characteristics and emotional needs of the elderly are summarized and analyzed through literature research, and the emotional communication model is constructed to provide theoretical basis for the following research. Then based on the emotional communication model, through user interviews and questionnaires, the current situation of emotional communication among the elderly is investigated, and the problems found are summarized as personal factors, social factors and communication objects. There are four aspects of communication tools, which result in the loss of sense of belonging, respect, lack of self-realization, low sense of security and loss of expectation. On this basis, the emotional relationship level is divided into intimacy, familiarity, general, respectively, put forward different emotional relationships between communication strategies to strengthen the communication with intimate objects, while encouraging the elderly to carry out a variety of emotional exchanges, Help them eliminate negative emotions and improve life satisfaction. Finally, by combining emotional communication strategy with product design, the persona model and usage scene of emotional communication product are determined, and the design goal and product concept are put forward. Then from the point of view of system design, the design practice of emotional communication products for senior citizens is carried out.
