【摘要】：本文從交互行為對用戶情緒影響的結(jié)果出發(fā),分析用戶體驗中情緒值和種類的差異性,繼而逆向解析交互行為對用戶情緒的影響組成,得出結(jié)論:主動引導(dǎo)行為模型能夠激起用戶情緒較高喚醒度。實驗材料選擇以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向的任務(wù)模式電腦游戲片段,實驗過程中記錄被試客觀生理信號數(shù)據(jù)和主觀情緒量表數(shù)據(jù),使用定性和定量相結(jié)合的研究方法,分析同一結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的不同交互行為的用戶體驗差異性。實驗設(shè)置兩種結(jié)果導(dǎo)向場景:積極結(jié)果導(dǎo)向和消極結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,在此基礎(chǔ)上分為兩類用戶行為模型:主動引導(dǎo)和被動接受模型。實驗被試的皮電數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)去噪后導(dǎo)入MATLAB軟件中進行分析,得出不同交互事件刺激下的皮電片段,再使用SPSS進行方差分析、主效應(yīng)分析。研究表明,主動引導(dǎo)行為模型對用戶情緒的積極影響程度大于被動接受行為模型。最后,針對典型交互設(shè)計流程加入用戶反饋進行了流程優(yōu)化,并舉例常見的典型交互設(shè)計案例進行主動引導(dǎo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計。本文從用戶體驗情緒反饋出發(fā)反推交互設(shè)計行為模型的研究方法具有創(chuàng)新性,具有一定的理論價值和應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Based on the results of the influence of interactive behavior on user's emotion, this paper analyzes the difference of emotion value and category in user experience, and then analyzes the composition of interaction behavior's influence on user's emotion. It is concluded that the active guided behavior model can arouse the user's emotion with higher arousal degree. The experiment materials were used to choose the target oriented task mode computer game segment, the objective physiological signal data and subjective emotion scale data were recorded during the experiment, and the qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. Analyze the difference of user experience between different interactive behaviors based on the same result. The experiment sets up two kinds of result oriented scenarios: positive result orientation and negative result orientation. On this basis, there are two kinds of user behavior models: active guidance and passive acceptance. After de-noising, the experimental data were introduced into MATLAB software for analysis, and the electrodermal fragments stimulated by different interactive events were obtained, and then SPSS was used for variance analysis and main effect analysis. The results show that the active guidance behavior model has more positive influence on the user emotion than the passive acceptance behavior model. Finally, the typical interactive design process is optimized by adding user feedback, and the typical interactive design cases are given as examples. Based on the user experience emotion feedback, the research method of backward pushing interactive design behavior model is innovative, and has certain theoretical value and application prospect.
