氮氣多層微槽道J-T效應制冷器性能實驗研究

【摘要】:本文將多層矩形微槽道與焦湯制冷器兩種結構結合制作了多層微槽道J-T效應制冷器,回熱段設置高低壓矩形通道各三層交叉疊放。以氮氣為制冷劑,采集其在多層微槽道J-T節(jié)流制冷器各測點溫度,分析氮氣在制冷系統(tǒng)各階段的降溫特性,對比氮氣與氬氣在微槽道J-T效應制冷器中的實驗結果。結果表明:當進口壓力為4~8 MPa時,隨著壓力的增大,氮氣冷端溫度越低,達到穩(wěn)定冷端溫度的時間越短;當進口壓力為8 MPa時,氮氣冷端在200 s左右趨于穩(wěn)定溫度約1.7℃;在相同進口壓力下,氬氣冷端溫度低于氮氣,但氮氣達到冷端溫度的時間比氬氣更短;進口壓力為7 MPa時,氮氣冷端溫度穩(wěn)定時間比氬氣提前約450 s;進口壓力8 MPa的氮氣與4~5 MPa的氬氣溫降相近,且氮氣的降溫時間更短,可以考慮用氮氣代替氬氣以減少制冷成本。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a multi-layer microchannel J-T effect cooler is made by combining the multi-layer rectangular microchannel with the coke soup cooler. The regenerative section is set up with three layers of cross stacking in the high and low pressure rectangular channel. With nitrogen as refrigerant, the temperature of the multi-layer micro-channel J-T throttling cooler was collected, the cooling characteristics of nitrogen in different stages of refrigeration system were analyzed, and the experimental results of nitrogen and argon in the micro-channel J-T effect cooler were compared. The results show that when the inlet pressure is 4 ~ 8 MPa, the lower the temperature of the cold end of nitrogen gas, the shorter the time to reach the stable end temperature with the increase of the pressure, and when the inlet pressure is 8 MPa, the temperature of the cold end of nitrogen gas tends to be about 1.7 鈩,
