氮?dú)舛鄬游⒉鄣繨-T效應(yīng)制冷器性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文將多層矩形微槽道與焦湯制冷器兩種結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合制作了多層微槽道J-T效應(yīng)制冷器,回?zé)岫卧O(shè)置高低壓矩形通道各三層交叉疊放。以氮?dú)鉃橹评鋭?采集其在多層微槽道J-T節(jié)流制冷器各測點(diǎn)溫度,分析氮?dú)庠谥评湎到y(tǒng)各階段的降溫特性,對(duì)比氮?dú)馀c氬氣在微槽道J-T效應(yīng)制冷器中的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)進(jìn)口壓力為4~8 MPa時(shí),隨著壓力的增大,氮?dú)饫涠藴囟仍降?達(dá)到穩(wěn)定冷端溫度的時(shí)間越短;當(dāng)進(jìn)口壓力為8 MPa時(shí),氮?dú)饫涠嗽?00 s左右趨于穩(wěn)定溫度約1.7℃;在相同進(jìn)口壓力下,氬氣冷端溫度低于氮?dú)?但氮?dú)膺_(dá)到冷端溫度的時(shí)間比氬氣更短;進(jìn)口壓力為7 MPa時(shí),氮?dú)饫涠藴囟确(wěn)定時(shí)間比氬氣提前約450 s;進(jìn)口壓力8 MPa的氮?dú)馀c4~5 MPa的氬氣溫降相近,且氮?dú)獾慕禍貢r(shí)間更短,可以考慮用氮?dú)獯鏆鍤庖詼p少制冷成本。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a multi-layer microchannel J-T effect cooler is made by combining the multi-layer rectangular microchannel with the coke soup cooler. The regenerative section is set up with three layers of cross stacking in the high and low pressure rectangular channel. With nitrogen as refrigerant, the temperature of the multi-layer micro-channel J-T throttling cooler was collected, the cooling characteristics of nitrogen in different stages of refrigeration system were analyzed, and the experimental results of nitrogen and argon in the micro-channel J-T effect cooler were compared. The results show that when the inlet pressure is 4 ~ 8 MPa, the lower the temperature of the cold end of nitrogen gas, the shorter the time to reach the stable end temperature with the increase of the pressure, and when the inlet pressure is 8 MPa, the temperature of the cold end of nitrogen gas tends to be about 1.7 鈩,
