考慮抗性消聲器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的傳遞損失預估模型

【摘要】:利用二維解析方法研究兩腔抗性消聲器的聲學性能。通過正交試驗設計分析消聲器進出口管半徑、擴張腔半徑、隔板通孔半徑以及隔板位置結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)影響消聲器傳遞損失的主次關系,進而基于均勻設計的試驗數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)回歸分析獲得了兩腔抗性消聲器傳遞損失預估模型。結(jié)果表明,在1 000~3 000 Hz中頻段內(nèi),對傳遞損失影響最大是擴張腔的半徑,其次是隔板通孔的半徑、隔板位置,最后是進、出口管的半徑;該文建立的傳遞損失預估模型可根據(jù)消聲器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)準確預估抗性消聲器的傳遞損失,能直接反映消聲器傳遞損失與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的關系。該研究為快速優(yōu)化設計消聲器提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The acoustic performance of two-cavity resistant muffler was studied by two-dimensional analytical method. The main and secondary relationships of muffler transfer loss are analyzed by orthogonal design, such as the radius of muffler inlet and outlet tube, the radius of expanding cavity, the radius of through hole of diaphragm, and the structure parameters of diaphragm. Based on the experimental data of uniform design, a model for predicting the transmission loss of a two-cavity resistant muffler is obtained by regression analysis. The results show that in the frequency range of 1 000 ~ 3 000 Hz, the radius of the expansion cavity is the largest, the radius of the through hole of the diaphragm, the location of the partition, and the radius of the inlet and outlet tube are the second. The transfer loss prediction model established in this paper can accurately estimate the transfer loss of the resistant muffler according to the structural parameters of the muffler and can directly reflect the relationship between the transmission loss of the muffler and the structural parameters. This study provides a reference for rapid optimization design of muffler.
