F企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線人機配置問題分析與仿真

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟水平的不斷提升,人民生活的逐步改善,勞動力成本也隨之大幅度提升。為了應(yīng)對勞動力成本的提升所帶來的挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)都將重點放在了保證正常生產(chǎn)和合理設(shè)備利用率的情況下降低勞動力成本和提高生產(chǎn)效率。通過提高人機配置合理性來降低生產(chǎn)成本是增加企業(yè)競爭力的一個重要手段之一。本文主要圍繞人機關(guān)系分類概述、人機配置問題解決方法、人機配置影響因素分析、人機配置問題解決方案、企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線的改善、仿真建模與靈敏度分析等展開深入研究,主要有以下研究內(nèi)容與新成果:首先,對人機關(guān)系分類進行了概述,介紹了現(xiàn)有人機配置關(guān)系模型,并且簡要的介紹了人機合理配置問題,并對人機配置問題的解決方法做出了歸納介紹,發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)仿真方法最適用于研究動態(tài)復(fù)雜的人機配置問題,所以本文采用系統(tǒng)仿真建模的方法研究人機配置問題。其次,對F企業(yè)背景做了簡單的介紹,并且對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)狀也進行了特點分析,對現(xiàn)有人機配置問題作了分析,得出了人機配置問題影響因素并對其進行分析,找到人機合理配置解決方案,通過實施這個方案及使用相應(yīng)的改善方法對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)線做出了具體人機配置改善。最后,以企業(yè)實際生產(chǎn)情況,根據(jù)已經(jīng)建立的仿真模型解決方案,利用Flexsim仿真軟件構(gòu)建仿真模型,用不同的參數(shù)進行仿真,對比仿真結(jié)果得出最合理的人機配置比例。對此模型進行靈敏度分析,驗證其適用性,并對其效益進行了分析,最終表明利用該仿真結(jié)果能夠有效降低人力成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率。將人機合理配置的研究結(jié)果應(yīng)用于工廠生產(chǎn)實踐,適當(dāng)?shù)靥岣呋蛘邇?yōu)化人機配置,不僅對于企業(yè)本身有著十分積極的意義,而且對于整個中國電子產(chǎn)品加工制造行業(yè)都可起到一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, labor cost has been greatly increased. In order to meet the challenge brought by the increase of labor cost, enterprises focus on reducing labor cost and improving production efficiency under the condition of ensuring normal production and reasonable utilization of equipment. It is one of the important means to increase the competitiveness of enterprises to reduce the production cost by improving the rationality of man-machine allocation. This paper mainly focuses on the classification of man-machine relations, human-computer configuration problem solving methods, man-machine configuration impact factors analysis, human-machine configuration problem solutions, enterprise production line improvement, simulation modeling and sensitivity analysis, etc. The main research contents and new achievements are as follows: firstly, the classification of man-machine relationship is summarized, the existing man-machine configuration relationship model is introduced, and the problem of human-computer reasonable configuration is briefly introduced. The method of system simulation is found to be the most suitable for the study of dynamic and complex human-computer configuration problem, so the method of system simulation modeling is used to study the problem of human-computer configuration. Secondly, the background of F enterprise is briefly introduced, and the characteristics of the production line are analyzed, the problems of man-machine configuration are analyzed, and the influencing factors of human-machine configuration are obtained and analyzed. The solution of reasonable configuration of human machine is found, and the concrete man-machine configuration improvement is made by implementing this scheme and using the corresponding improvement method to improve the production line of the enterprise. Finally, according to the actual production situation of the enterprise, according to the solution of the established simulation model, the simulation model is constructed by using the Flexsim simulation software, and different parameters are used to simulate, and the most reasonable man-machine configuration ratio is obtained by comparing the simulation results. The sensitivity analysis of the model is carried out to verify its applicability, and its benefit is analyzed. Finally, it is shown that the simulation results can effectively reduce the manpower cost and improve the production efficiency. It is not only of great significance for the enterprise to apply the research results of reasonable man-machine allocation to the factory production practice, but also to improve or optimize the human-machine configuration properly. And for the entire Chinese electronic products processing and manufacturing industry can play a certain reference.
