基于FLUENT軸流風葉的氣動性能分析

【摘要】:利用Fluent軟件對空調(diào)室外機的軸流風扇進行仿真分析,分析風扇特征對風扇氣動性能的影響,結果表明風扇不光滑表面可以增加吸力面的吸附能力,風扇外緣翻邊有利于降低噪聲。最后,利用有限元軟件對風扇進行模態(tài)分析,選擇優(yōu)化方案并進行噪聲測試,試驗結果與仿真趨勢一致。
[Abstract]:The axial flow fan of outdoor air conditioning unit is simulated by using Fluent software, and the influence of fan characteristics on fan aerodynamic performance is analyzed. The results show that the non-smooth surface of fan can increase the adsorption capacity of suction surface. The flanging of the outer edge of the fan helps to reduce the noise. Finally, the finite element software is used for modal analysis of the fan, the optimization scheme is selected and the noise is tested. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation trend.
