基于產品創(chuàng)新的設計概念物化方法及其在汽車造型設計中的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的發(fā)展,生活水平不斷進步,消費者對產品的多樣性與創(chuàng)新性有了更高的要求,企業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈,產品創(chuàng)新設計是關乎制造企業(yè)興衰存亡的工作內容之一。針對產品創(chuàng)新的設計概念是企業(yè)根據(jù)市場現(xiàn)狀提出的具有戰(zhàn)略意義的產品發(fā)展方向,設計概念的物化,是產品從抽象概念發(fā)展為具體有形產品的過程。本研究是探討企業(yè)從產品的設計概念角度出發(fā),如何運用發(fā)散性思維尋找更多符合企業(yè)市場發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的產品的方法。從探討設計概念的基本定義著手,闡述設計概念在產品創(chuàng)新設計中的地位和作用,對國內外專家學者在該方面的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了全面的梳理,歸納出影響產品設計概念形成的主要因素。研究產品設計概念物化的方法,首先從現(xiàn)有產品出發(fā),進行案例分析,逆向尋找這些產品的創(chuàng)新突破點,歸納出影響這些產品形成的因素和思考過程;再以設計概念為出發(fā)點,正向探索產品創(chuàng)新的組成因素及思維模型。以這兩種思維模式為基礎,輔以多種思維發(fā)散手段,如頭腦風暴法、繪制思維導圖進行關鍵詞發(fā)散、制作意象板,建立設計概念物化方法的基本框架。最后,根據(jù)設計概念的物化方法,以參加第六屆中國汽車造型設計大賽為設計實踐,通過對行業(yè)設計現(xiàn)狀的調研、設計任務書的解讀,深刻理解和挖掘本次大賽的主題的內在設計概念,再以該主題為原點進行思維發(fā)散,探索視覺語言與產品設計概念的關聯(lián),探討符合主題的創(chuàng)新設計方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the continuous progress of living standards, consumers have higher requirements for product diversity and innovation. The competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. Product innovation design is one of the work contents related to the rise and fall of manufacturing enterprises. The concept of product innovation is the strategic direction of product development put forward by enterprises according to the market situation. The materialization of design concept is the process of product development from abstract concept to concrete tangible product. This research is to explore how to use divergent thinking to find more products that accord with the market development strategy of enterprises from the point of view of product design concept. Starting with the discussion of the basic definition of design concept, this paper expounds the position and function of design concept in product innovation design, and comprehensively combs the present research situation of experts and scholars at home and abroad in this field. The main factors influencing the concept of product design are summarized. This paper studies the method of materialization of product design concept, first of all, starting from the existing products, carries on the case analysis, finds the innovation breakthrough point of these products in reverse, sums up the factors and thinking process that affect the formation of these products, and then takes the design concept as the starting point. To explore the composition of product innovation and thinking model. On the basis of these two modes of thinking, with a variety of means of thinking divergence, such as brainstorming method, drawing a map of thinking for keyword divergence, making image boards, and establishing the basic framework of the design concept materialization method. Finally, according to the materialized method of the design concept, taking the sixth China Automobile Modeling Design Competition as the design practice, through the investigation of the current situation of the industry design, the interpretation of the design task book, This paper deeply understands and excavates the internal design concept of the theme of this contest, then takes the theme as the origin of thinking divergence, explores the connection between visual language and the concept of product design, and probes into the innovative design scheme that accords with the theme.
