棉花全生育期葉片SPAD值的遙感估算模型

【摘要】:葉綠素含量是評(píng)估棉花生長(zhǎng)狀況的重要參數(shù),估算葉綠素含量對(duì)于棉花生長(zhǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)具有重要意義。以渭北旱塬區(qū)種植的棉花為試驗(yàn)材料,測(cè)量全生育期棉花葉片SPAD值與冠層反射率光譜,將原始高光譜反射率、一階微分光譜反射率、不同波段組合的遙感光譜參數(shù)分別與SPAD值做相關(guān)性分析,用傳統(tǒng)回歸分析方法構(gòu)建五種重要光譜參數(shù)的SPAD值預(yù)測(cè)模型,同時(shí),采用PLSR方法建立全生育期SPAD值的估算模型。最后對(duì)模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),篩選出精度最高的模型。建模結(jié)果表明,基于多種光譜參數(shù)的全生育期PLSR預(yù)測(cè)模型精度最高、預(yù)測(cè)效果最好,估算模型的決定系數(shù)R~2為0.733,驗(yàn)證模型R~2為0.737。PLSR方法建立的多光譜參數(shù)的SPAD值估算模型預(yù)測(cè)效果顯著,利用高光譜技術(shù)對(duì)棉花SPAD值進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),可為全生育期棉花長(zhǎng)勢(shì)遙感監(jiān)測(cè)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Chlorophyll content is an important parameter to evaluate cotton growth, and estimation of chlorophyll content is of great significance for cotton growth monitoring. Using cotton planted in Weibei dryland as experimental material, the SPAD value and canopy reflectance spectrum of cotton leaves during the whole growing period were measured. The original hyperspectral reflectance and the first order differential spectral reflectance were measured. The correlation between the spectral parameters of remote sensing and the SPAD value of different band combinations was analyzed, and the SPAD prediction model of five important spectral parameters was constructed by using the traditional regression analysis method. At the same time, the PLSR method was used to establish the estimation model of the SPAD value in the whole growth period. Finally, the model is tested and the model with the highest precision is screened out. The modeling results show that the PLSR prediction model based on multiple spectral parameters has the highest precision and the best prediction effect. The determination coefficient of the estimation model is 0.733, and the prediction effect of the SPAD model for estimating the multispectral parameters established by the 0.737.PLSR method is remarkable. The hyperspectral technique is used to monitor the SPAD value of cotton. It can provide the basis for cotton growth remote sensing monitoring during the whole growth period.
