筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的中高頻傳聲特性分析

【摘要】:筋板類結(jié)構(gòu)以及由它組成的更為復(fù)雜的組合結(jié)構(gòu),在實(shí)際工程中有著極為廣泛的應(yīng)用,如:筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)被廣泛地用作汽車、艦船、高速列車和航空航天飛行器等動(dòng)力機(jī)械裝備的外殼結(jié)構(gòu),以及各類室內(nèi)建筑結(jié)構(gòu),其聲振響應(yīng)特性對(duì)于產(chǎn)品的整體聲振品質(zhì)有著至關(guān)重要的影響作用。筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的聲振響應(yīng)問題不僅涉及國(guó)防安全,更與人們的日常生活息息相關(guān)。因此,筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的聲振響應(yīng)作為一個(gè)非常重要的熱門研究課題,一直以來受到力學(xué)界、聲學(xué)界等眾多學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注和研究。在理論、仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)上對(duì)這一課題進(jìn)行持續(xù)深入的研究,在不同應(yīng)用背景下對(duì)筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的材料選擇和設(shè)計(jì)提供必要的理論和技術(shù)支持,具有極為重要的理論和實(shí)際工程意義。 國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于板和筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的聲振特性研究工作一直在發(fā)展中,并取得了大量的研究成果,部分成果已成功應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)際。然而由于筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)在中高頻域存在著局部短波變形和整體長(zhǎng)波變形并存的復(fù)雜運(yùn)動(dòng)耦合形式,迄今尚未形成一套成熟、規(guī)范、系統(tǒng)的建模方法來準(zhǔn)確、合理地對(duì)于復(fù)雜筋板結(jié)構(gòu)的聲振特性進(jìn)行分析預(yù)測(cè)。本文旨在從振動(dòng)響應(yīng)和隔聲分析兩方面,從簡(jiǎn)單筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的中高頻聲振特性預(yù)測(cè)分析出發(fā),結(jié)合實(shí)際工程中的常用筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu),從建模實(shí)用性的角度,對(duì)于筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的中高頻聲振建模進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)探討,研究結(jié)果尤其對(duì)于應(yīng)用國(guó)際最先進(jìn)的聲振分析軟件VA One進(jìn)行隔聲量的建模和計(jì)算方面具有直接的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用。本文在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金“大型復(fù)雜組合系統(tǒng)參數(shù)不定性動(dòng)態(tài)影響的量化研究”(51175300/E050303)和山東省自然科學(xué)基金“工程肋板結(jié)構(gòu)的近高頻振動(dòng)特征及噪聲傳遞特性研究”(ZR2011EEM009)資助下完成。 本文主要工作和結(jié)論如下: (1)進(jìn)行梁板結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)和傳聲特性仿真建模,并結(jié)合理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析。 (2)對(duì)典型中頻筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行聲振特性分析,確定各個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)在不同振動(dòng)頻域振動(dòng)特性不同的情況下,應(yīng)用不同建模方法的有效性。具體包括:建立包含一個(gè)板和一個(gè)梁的梁板耦合模型,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得其頻響函數(shù)及隔聲量。由于設(shè)計(jì)使其動(dòng)態(tài)特性差異顯著,即為典型中頻結(jié)構(gòu)模型,用VA-One中Hybrid模塊進(jìn)行仿真,并與傳統(tǒng)有限元方法及統(tǒng)計(jì)能量法結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得出中頻段劃分方法。通過對(duì)Hybrid混合模型法在簡(jiǎn)單結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用時(shí)的觀察,為復(fù)雜工程結(jié)構(gòu)建模時(shí)累積經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn); (3)實(shí)際工程中復(fù)雜筋板組合結(jié)構(gòu)的聲振響應(yīng)建模、仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,具體包括:鋁型材(波紋板)結(jié)構(gòu)的隔聲量分析和聯(lián)合農(nóng)用收割機(jī)的司機(jī)室噪聲分析。對(duì)于波紋板結(jié)構(gòu)的中高頻隔聲分析提出了實(shí)際有效的建模方法。尤其對(duì)于波紋板結(jié)構(gòu)的子系統(tǒng)劃分方式與其建模有效性之間的影響關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探討。通過復(fù)雜工程筋板結(jié)構(gòu)波紋板與司機(jī)室的建模對(duì)比,對(duì)Hybrid建模方法提出了一個(gè)更為明確的有效區(qū)域劃分,說明了Hybrid建模方法的應(yīng)用局限性。

From the viewpoint of further simulation and experiment on the middle and high frequency acoustic vibration modeling of the rib plate composite structure, the research results have direct guidance and reference for the modeling and calculation of the sound insulation quantity by using the internationally most advanced acoustic vibration analysis software VA One.
