基于記憶結(jié)構(gòu)的專利靈感知識(shí)提取及產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新方法

【摘要】:在綜合分析了專利、設(shè)計(jì)固化以及靈感激發(fā)機(jī)制研究現(xiàn)狀之后,針對(duì)當(dāng)前專利文本檢索方法中存在的缺陷,以及設(shè)計(jì)師在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程中查找相關(guān)知識(shí)時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)致效率低的問題,提出了基于主題模型的關(guān)聯(lián)專利篩選方法以及基于記憶結(jié)構(gòu)的專利靈感知識(shí)提取、推送方法,并最終開發(fā)了基于專利知識(shí)的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。全文分為五章:第一章闡述了課題的研究背景及意義,主要介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于專利、設(shè)計(jì)固化及靈感激發(fā)機(jī)制等相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀,確定了本文的研究方向以及主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。第二章針對(duì)當(dāng)前專利篩選方法如詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì)建立向量空間的不足,提出了基于主題模型的專利文本篩選方法,利用目標(biāo)專利在關(guān)搖詞篩選基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行二次篩選,有效提高了設(shè)計(jì)師在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的專利篩選效率。并比較了選取不同專利文本進(jìn)行文本建模的效果,最后以美國(guó)專利庫(kù)中的專利作為實(shí)例進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。第三章研究了基于記憶結(jié)構(gòu)的靈感知識(shí)提取、推送方法,從人類記憶、思維的角度對(duì)專利文本中的靈感知識(shí)進(jìn)行了提取,并且根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)者經(jīng)驗(yàn)不同,進(jìn)行不同的靈感知識(shí)推送過程,最后通過斷路器電機(jī)減速操控裝置的設(shè)計(jì)過程驗(yàn)證了上述創(chuàng)新方法的可行性。第四章以二、三章的理論為基礎(chǔ)研制計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),說明了該系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)和使用方法,并且由該系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)品已獲得實(shí)用新型專利授權(quán),發(fā)明專利已通過一審,初步驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的有效性。第五章對(duì)全文工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并對(duì)后續(xù)的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:After a comprehensive analysis of the current research situation of patent, design solidification and inspiration mechanism, the defects in the current patent text retrieval methods are pointed out. As well as the problem that the designers find the relevant knowledge in the process of product design for too long resulting in low efficiency, this paper puts forward the associated patent screening method based on topic model and the method of extracting and pushing patent inspiration knowledge based on memory structure. Finally, the product innovation design system based on patent knowledge is developed. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter describes the research background and significance of the subject, mainly introduces the domestic and foreign related research on patent, design curing and inspiration mechanism, and determines the research direction and main research content of this paper. In the second chapter, aiming at the deficiency of establishing vector space of current patent screening methods such as word frequency statistics, a method of patent text screening based on topic model is proposed. It effectively improves the efficiency of patent screening in product design. The results of text modeling with different patent texts are compared. Finally, the patent in the patent library of the United States is used as an example. The third chapter studies the inspiration knowledge extraction based on memory structure, pushing methods, from the perspective of human memory, thinking to extract the inspiration knowledge from the perspective of patent text, and according to the designer experience is different. Different inspirational knowledge push process was carried out, and the feasibility of the above innovative method was verified by the design process of the circuit breaker motor deceleration control device. In the fourth chapter, based on the theory of chapter two and chapter three, the computer aided innovation design system is developed, and the realization and usage of each function module of the system are explained, and the products produced by the system have been granted a patent for practical model. The invention patent has passed the first instance, and the effectiveness of the system has been preliminarily verified. The fifth chapter summarizes the full text of the work and prospects the follow-up work.
