【摘要】：客戶需求信息的準(zhǔn)確獲取與表達(dá)是產(chǎn)品族規(guī)劃的首要環(huán)節(jié),針對(duì)客戶需求模型構(gòu)建過程中需求信息具有抽象性、模糊性等特點(diǎn),基于公理設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建描述客戶需求的模型,運(yùn)用聯(lián)合分析法對(duì)客戶需求進(jìn)行量化,將模糊的客戶需求轉(zhuǎn)換為具體的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)和參數(shù).通過對(duì)指標(biāo)和參數(shù)的相關(guān)性分析,建立產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣.采用模糊最大樹聚類算法對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣進(jìn)行聚類分析,以聚類有效性指標(biāo)為依據(jù),得到最佳聚類閾值,從而獲得最優(yōu)聚類結(jié)果.在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用最優(yōu)聚類結(jié)果對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣進(jìn)行解耦,最終得到解耦設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,為參數(shù)化產(chǎn)品族規(guī)劃提供理論依據(jù).最后,以圓柱齒輪減速器產(chǎn)品族規(guī)劃為實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性和可行性.
[Abstract]:The accurate acquisition and expression of customer demand information is the primary link of product family planning. In view of the abstract and fuzzy characteristics of the requirement information in the process of building customer demand model, a model describing customer demand is constructed based on axiomatic design. The joint analysis method is used to quantify the customer demand, and the fuzzy customer demand is transformed into the specific product design index and parameter. Through the correlation analysis of the indexes and parameters, the product design correlation matrix is established. The fuzzy maximum tree clustering algorithm is used to cluster the design correlation matrix. Based on the clustering validity index, the optimal clustering threshold is obtained and the optimal clustering result is obtained. On this basis, the optimal clustering results are used to decouple the design correlation matrix, and finally the decoupling design correlation matrix is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for parametric product family planning. Finally, taking the product family planning of cylindrical gear reducer as an example, the validity and feasibility of the method are verified.
