基于知識相似度和學習能力的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計人員指派方法

【摘要】:針對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計過程中因任務(wù)執(zhí)行情況的多樣性和設(shè)計人員所擁有知識結(jié)構(gòu)的差異性而導致的設(shè)計人員難以有效指派的問題,提出一種基于知識相似度和學習能力的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計人員指派方法。該方法第一階段通過計算設(shè)計任務(wù)知識需求與設(shè)計人員知識結(jié)構(gòu)之間的知識相似度對設(shè)計人員進行初次選擇,得到符合各個設(shè)計任務(wù)知識相似度閾值的設(shè)計人員組;第二階段采用學習能力指數(shù)衡量人員的學習能力,并通過知識累積函數(shù)推算各自的學習時間,以學習時間最短為目標獲得各個任務(wù)的最佳設(shè)計人員和對應(yīng)指派時刻。通過實例驗證了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the process of product design, it is difficult for designers to assign effectively due to the diversity of task execution and the difference of knowledge structure owned by designers. A method for assigning product designers based on knowledge similarity and learning ability is proposed. In the first stage of the method, the designers are selected for the first time by calculating the similarity between the knowledge requirements of the design tasks and the knowledge structure of the designers, and the group of designers who meet the threshold of knowledge similarity of each design task is obtained. In the second stage, the learning ability is measured by learning ability index, and their learning time is calculated by knowledge accumulation function. The best designer and corresponding assignment time of each task are obtained by taking the shortest learning time as the goal. The effectiveness of the method is verified by an example.
