【摘要】：多源衛(wèi)星遙感數(shù)據(jù)源能為現(xiàn)場撲火指揮決策提供快速、準確的空間信息。根據(jù)火點在中紅外波段輻射率和亮溫急劇增大的特點,利用10個時次的國內(nèi)外極軌氣象衛(wèi)星資料(包括首次利用了NPP衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)),針對2016年3月18—19日發(fā)生在青海省果洛藏族自治州久治縣的草原火災(zāi)進行了實時動態(tài)監(jiān)測,并采用高分數(shù)據(jù)提取了災(zāi)后過火面積。研究結(jié)果表明,氣象衛(wèi)星火點判識方法及閾值設(shè)定同樣適用于青海高寒草地春季的火情監(jiān)測;快速判識閾值的確定,可為日�；鹎閷崟r監(jiān)測業(yè)務(wù)提供快速、有效的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:Multi-source satellite remote sensing data source can provide fast and accurate spatial information for field fire control decision. According to the characteristics of the sharp increase in the radiance and brightness temperature of the fire point in the mid-infrared band, Using 10 times of data from the polar orbit meteorological satellite at home and abroad (including the first use of NPP satellite data), a real-time and dynamic monitoring of grassland fires occurred from March 18 to 19, 2016 in Jiuzhi County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, was carried out. High score data was used to extract the fire area after the disaster. The results show that the method and threshold setting of meteorological satellite fire spot identification can also be applied to the fire monitoring of Qinghai alpine grassland in spring, and the determination of fast recognition threshold can provide fast and effective technical support for daily real-time fire monitoring.
