激光準(zhǔn)直氣動(dòng)液壓缸直線度誤差檢測裝置設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對液壓缸零件直線度誤差檢測困難的現(xiàn)狀,提出一種通過測量液壓缸截面弦長確定截面圓心評(píng)估液壓缸軸線直線度的方法,以激光作為直線度誤差評(píng)定的參照直線,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于氣動(dòng)檢測與激光準(zhǔn)直的直線度檢測裝置;分析了噴嘴曲面擋板模型下的氣動(dòng)檢測方案,分析了PSD位置敏感傳感器的空間位置,并提出了利用PSD位置敏感傳感器分離誤差的方法;利用該裝置進(jìn)行了直線度誤差檢測,檢測過程穩(wěn)定,能夠滿足要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulty of measuring the straightness error of hydraulic cylinder parts, a method of determining the axis straightness of hydraulic cylinder by measuring the chord length of hydraulic cylinder section is presented. The laser is used as the reference line for straightness error evaluation. A straightness detecting device based on pneumatic detection and laser collimation is designed, the pneumatic detection scheme based on the nozzle surface baffle model is analyzed, and the spatial position of PSD position sensitive sensor is analyzed. The method of separating error by using PSD position sensitive sensor is put forward, and the straightness error is detected by using this device, the process of detection is stable and can meet the requirements.
