響應(yīng)面試驗優(yōu)化木醋液精制中乳化液膜的制備工藝

【摘要】:采用乳化液膜法對酸棗殼木醋液進(jìn)行脫酚,以煤油為膜溶劑,研究表面活性劑種類及體積分?jǐn)?shù)、載體磷酸三丁酯(tributylphosphate,TBP)體積分?jǐn)?shù)、內(nèi)相NaOH溶液濃度和油內(nèi)比對乳液穩(wěn)定性及木醋液脫酚效果的影響,并以脫酚率為響應(yīng)值,利用響應(yīng)面法對乳化條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:在表面活性劑T154體積分?jǐn)?shù)8%、TBP體積分?jǐn)?shù)3%、內(nèi)相NaOH溶液濃度0.6 mol/L、油內(nèi)比5∶4(V/V)條件下,4 500 r/min乳化20 min,所制乳液穩(wěn)定性良好,木醋液脫酚率達(dá)55.31%。
[Abstract]:Emulsion membrane method was used to remove phenol from jujube husk wood vinegar. The kinds of surfactants and the volume fraction of tributyl phosphate (tributylphosphate,TBP) were studied with kerosene as the membrane solvent, and the volume fraction of tributyl phosphate (tributylphosphate,TBP) as carrier was studied. The effects of the concentration of NaOH solution and the ratio of oil to oil on the stability of emulsion and the removal of phenol from wood vinegar were studied. The emulsification conditions were optimized by using the response surface method (RSM), taking the removal rate of phenol as the response value. The results showed that the emulsion prepared by emulsifying 20 min, at 4 500 r/min at the concentration of 0. 6 mol/L, and 0. 6 mol/L, of the concentration of the inner phase of the NaOH solution was stable, and the removal rate of phenol from the wood vinegar was 55.31 at the condition of surfactant T154 volume fraction of 8 and TBP volume fraction of 3, and the concentration of the inner phase NaOH solution was 0. 6 mol/L, in oil, which was better than 5:4 (V / V).
