遺址類旅游紀(jì)念品功能匹配研究
[Abstract]:The site is a precious material and cultural property left by history, which records the social, historical and natural changes of human beings in the long history. Cultural sites reveal the details of the development of our country's historical civilization for modern human beings, so that we can learn from the past and the present. Because of the poor perceptibility of the historical culture itself, the difficulty of developing heritage tourism souvenirs becomes more and more difficult. From the perspective of consumer evaluation of souvenirs, this paper explores the effect of the functional features of various types of souvenirs on consumer satisfaction. By digging and analyzing the relationship between consumer demand, cultural symbols and souvenirs, the paper puts forward the effective method and function matching mode of developing heritage tourism souvenirs. To provide reference and guidance for the development and design process of relics souvenirs. Based on the guiding ideology of function matching in product design, semiotics, cognitive psychology and so on, this study mainly carries out the following research work: (1) analyzing the characteristic attributes of tourist souvenirs from many aspects. This paper discusses the functional classification of tourist souvenirs, the design elements, the expression of cultural symbols, and the principle of functional matching. (2) from the perspective of functional needs, the Kano questionnaire survey is carried out for the souvenir consumers. This paper classifies the functional indexes of souvenirs which affect the satisfaction of consumers, and obtains the sample of souvenir features satisfactory to the consumers. AHP method was used to rank the importance of each functional index under different needs classification, and the correlation analysis was carried out with the feature sample. (3) the visual attention of the subjects who watched different types of souvenirs was recorded by eye movement tracking experiment from the perspective of visual cognition. Objective evaluation data of souvenirs were collected. At the end of each experiment, the corresponding subjective questionnaire was tested, and the symbol and shape, material and process were analyzed by statistical analysis. The correlation of satisfaction degree between different souvenir samples and different subjects was analyzed from three aspects of requirement and culture identification. (4) the combination of design elements and functional requirements was concluded from the point of view of design. In order to verify the feasibility of this research method, the design method of heritage souvenirs under function classification is accurately located, and different design carriers are used to design Shaanxi ruins souvenirs through the above methods. In this paper, the classification of functional requirements, the analysis of design features, and the evaluation of souvenirs are studied. The effects of different souvenirs on consumer satisfaction are intuitively explained by actual investigation and experimental data. The design method based on function matching is put forward, which is helpful for designers to grasp the design trend accurately and to open up a more efficient and universal way for the design of relics souvenirs.
