基于RCM的空調(diào)設(shè)備維修管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:制冷空調(diào)技術(shù)被廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)、商業(yè)、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,已經(jīng)滲透到人們的日常生活中。隨著空調(diào)種類、數(shù)量的增加,空調(diào)發(fā)生功能故障的誘發(fā)因素越來越多,空調(diào)一旦發(fā)生故障,不僅給用戶帶來不便,而且影響設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的形象。在當(dāng)下激烈的市場競爭下,各大空調(diào)企業(yè)開始重視空調(diào)設(shè)備售后維修服務(wù),提高設(shè)備可靠性,從而增強(qiáng)自身的競爭力。 以可靠性為中心的維修(RCM)合理利用維修資源,消耗最少的資源維持設(shè)備固有的可靠性、安全性,將該理論應(yīng)用于設(shè)備維修管理的工作一直在探索中進(jìn)行,但在空調(diào)領(lǐng)域的研究仍為空白,是亟待展開的研究工作。本文對以可靠性為中心的維修理論進(jìn)行了深入研究,并在該理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)引入了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析法,對空調(diào)設(shè)備可靠性的幾種影響因素進(jìn)行半定量化分析,提出了適合空調(diào)設(shè)備維修的RCM分析方法,并以南昌某家居城中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)為例,對其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)劃分、設(shè)備重要度分析、故障模式及影響分析,最終為該空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中的各設(shè)備制定出正確的維修管理策略。 為了提高RCM分析的效率,確保分析過程的準(zhǔn)確性,本文以VC++作為開發(fā)工具,Access作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,開發(fā)一套基于RCM的空調(diào)設(shè)備維修管理系統(tǒng),在管理系統(tǒng)的故障數(shù)據(jù)庫中收集了大量的空調(diào)設(shè)備故障信息,作為RCM分析的依據(jù)。運(yùn)用該管理系統(tǒng)可以對空調(diào)設(shè)備進(jìn)行RCM分析,決策得到適合的維修策略,,提高了分析效率,科學(xué)地指導(dǎo)維修人員的空調(diào)維修工作。
[Abstract]:Refrigeration and air conditioning technology has been widely used in industrial, commercial, medical and health fields, and has penetrated into people's daily life. With the increase of the type and quantity of air conditioning, there are more and more inducing factors of air conditioning failure. Once the air conditioning failure occurs, it will not only bring inconvenience to the users, but also affect the image of the equipment production enterprises. In the current fierce market competition, the major air conditioning enterprises began to attach importance to air conditioning equipment after-sales maintenance services, improve equipment reliability, thereby enhancing their competitiveness. The maintenance (RCM), which takes reliability as the center, makes rational use of maintenance resources, and consumes the least resources to maintain the inherent reliability and safety of the equipment. The application of this theory to the maintenance management of equipment has been in the process of exploration. However, the research in the field of air-conditioning is still blank, is the urgent work to be carried out. In this paper, the reliability centered maintenance theory is deeply studied, and on the basis of this theory, risk analysis method is introduced in combination with the characteristics of air conditioning system, and several factors affecting the reliability of air conditioning equipment are semi-quantitatively analyzed. The RCM analysis method suitable for air conditioning equipment maintenance is put forward. Taking a central air conditioning system in Nanchang City as an example, the system division, equipment importance analysis, failure mode and influence analysis are carried out. Finally, the correct maintenance management strategy is worked out for each equipment in the air conditioning system. In order to improve the efficiency of RCM analysis and ensure the accuracy of the analysis process, a maintenance and management system of air conditioning equipment based on RCM is developed with VC as the development tool and access as the backstage database. A large amount of fault information of air conditioning equipment is collected in the fault database of management system as the basis of RCM analysis. This management system can be used for RCM analysis of air conditioning equipment, and the appropriate maintenance strategy can be obtained. The efficiency of analysis is improved and the maintenance work of air conditioning personnel is scientifically guided.
