基于事件模型的產(chǎn)品功能設(shè)計(jì)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中最活躍、最富有創(chuàng)造性的階段之一。功能是概念設(shè)計(jì)的主要處理對(duì)象。功能的抽象化、表達(dá)、分解和推理是概念設(shè)計(jì)階段的核心問(wèn)題。近年來(lái),事件作為一種具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景的知識(shí)表示方法,逐漸成為如人工智能等知識(shí)處理領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。本文從事件角度出發(fā),研究基于事件模型的產(chǎn)品功能設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題。完成的主要工作如下: 1.基于對(duì)產(chǎn)品構(gòu)成本質(zhì)問(wèn)題的認(rèn)知思考,提出了一種產(chǎn)品的事件認(rèn)知方式。根據(jù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品具體實(shí)體構(gòu)成和抽象功能構(gòu)成的分析,從認(rèn)知角度探討了產(chǎn)品的事件構(gòu)成問(wèn)題,提出了一種將事件作為產(chǎn)品基本構(gòu)成單元的認(rèn)知方式:產(chǎn)品本質(zhì)上可看作是保證體現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品功能的事件有控制地、有序發(fā)生的系統(tǒng)。產(chǎn)品的事件認(rèn)知方式符合人們的思維習(xí)慣,便于理解和使用。 2.為了給事件這種產(chǎn)品基本構(gòu)成單元提供統(tǒng)一的描述方式,建立了事件的數(shù)學(xué)描述模型。在事件表示模型中,采用命題邏輯來(lái)表示事件的本體,集合論和域關(guān)系演算來(lái)表示事件的變體,且變體是本體約束下事件的可變空間,進(jìn)而成功地將事件的本體和變體有機(jī)結(jié)合來(lái)表示事件整體;基于事件表示模型,建立了描述事件選擇、投影、例化、連接、分解及等價(jià)等操作的事件運(yùn)算模型。上述兩個(gè)模型統(tǒng)稱為事件模型。事件模型的事件本體給出了事件的變化依據(jù),事件變體圈定了事件的變化范圍,事件操作實(shí)現(xiàn)了事件的變化方法,從而為產(chǎn)品功能設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)計(jì)多樣性的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 3.針對(duì)產(chǎn)品功能表達(dá)需同時(shí)表達(dá)功能內(nèi)涵和外延的要求,提出了產(chǎn)品功能的事件表達(dá)方法。基于事件模型,采用事件的本體表示功能的內(nèi)涵,事件的變體表示功能的外延,借助事件本體對(duì)變體的約束作用來(lái)反映功能內(nèi)涵和外延的辯證關(guān)系,進(jìn)而提出了產(chǎn)品功能的事件表達(dá)方法。同時(shí),給出了描述功能的事件知識(shí)分類方法和組織方法,并提出了基于事件模型的產(chǎn)品發(fā)明創(chuàng)意提出方法。功能的事件表達(dá)方法有利于拓展設(shè)計(jì)空間,便于進(jìn)行聯(lián)想擴(kuò)展,有助于得到更多創(chuàng)新解并提高設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題的求解效率。 4.在事件功能表達(dá)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了基于事件模型的功能建模方法。在探討了基于事件模型的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)多樣性和功能設(shè)計(jì)基本過(guò)程的前提下,首先,給出了借助事件知識(shí)層次樹實(shí)現(xiàn)總功能抽象的方法;其次,確定了事件功能的分解原則和分解方法,建立了表達(dá)產(chǎn)品功能構(gòu)成的事件功能分解樹,并給出了該樹的圖形表示、數(shù)學(xué)描述和求解算法等;最后,結(jié)合事件知識(shí)層次樹,給出了拓展事件功能分解樹的概念和拓展方法,并探討了事件知識(shí)重用等問(wèn)題;谑录P偷墓δ芙7椒ǹ山档蛦(wèn)題的復(fù)雜度,提高設(shè)計(jì)效率,拓展設(shè)計(jì)空間。 5.將基于事件模型的產(chǎn)品功能設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用于空間可展開天線設(shè)計(jì)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能自動(dòng)輔導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)研發(fā)中,取得了滿意的結(jié)果。一是,,給出了可展開天線展開功能的事件表達(dá)和抽象,進(jìn)而提出了兩種新的可展開天線創(chuàng)意;二是,將上述模型和方法應(yīng)用于“樂(lè)輔通”網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能自動(dòng)輔導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)意提出、總功能分解、功能結(jié)構(gòu)建立及功能模塊開發(fā)中,提高了系統(tǒng)的智能性和研發(fā)效率。這兩個(gè)例子驗(yàn)證了本文模型和方法的正確性與有效性。
[Abstract]:Product conceptual design is one of the most active and creative stages in the process of product design. In this paper, from the point of view of events, the issues related to product function design based on event model are studied.
1. Based on the cognitive thinking of the essential problem of product composition, this paper puts forward an event cognition mode of product. According to the analysis of the concrete entity and abstract function of the product, the event composition of the product is discussed from the cognitive point of view, and a cognitive mode that regards the event as the basic component of the product is put forward: the product is essentially a product. It can be seen as a system that ensures that the events reflecting the functions of the products occur in a controlled and orderly manner.
2. In order to provide a unified description of event, a mathematical description model of event is established. In the event representation model, propositional logic is used to represent the ontology of event, set theory and domain relation calculus are used to represent the variant of event, and variant is the variable space of event under ontology constraint. Based on the event representation model, an event operation model describing the operations of event selection, projection, instantiation, connection, decomposition and equivalence is established. These two models are collectively called event models. Event change scope and event operation implement event change method, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of product function design and design diversity.
3. According to the requirement that product function expression needs to express function connotation and extension at the same time, an event expression method of product function is proposed. At the same time, the event knowledge classification method and organization method of describing function are given, and the method of product invention and creativity based on event model is put forward. And improve the efficiency of design problem solving.
4. Based on the method of event function representation, the method of function modeling based on event model is given. On the premise of discussing the diversity of product design and the basic process of function design based on event model, firstly, the method of total function abstraction by means of event knowledge hierarchy tree is given; secondly, the decomposition of event function is determined. Principles and decomposition methods are used to establish the event function decomposition tree which expresses the composition of product functions, and the graphical representation, mathematical description and solving algorithm of the tree are given. Finally, the concept and method of extending event function decomposition tree are given combining with event knowledge hierarchy tree, and the problems of event knowledge reuse are discussed. The functional modeling method can reduce the complexity of the problem, improve the design efficiency and expand the design space.
5. The method of product function design based on event model is applied to the design of deployable antenna in space and the development of intelligent automatic tutoring system in network. Satisfactory results are obtained. The method has been applied to the creative proposal of the network intelligent automatic tutoring system of Lefutong. The total function decomposition, function structure establishment and function module development have improved the intelligence and research efficiency of the system.
