【摘要】：通過(guò)自身傳感器實(shí)測(cè)振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)快速評(píng)估瞬態(tài)輻射噪聲,對(duì)及時(shí)排除故障,保持水下目標(biāo)隱蔽性具有重要的意義。本文提出一種基于加速度陣列測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的圓柱殼體瞬態(tài)輻射聲場(chǎng)的工程估算方法:借鑒工況傳遞分析的思路,分析求解瞬態(tài)振-聲傳遞率矩陣,將瞬態(tài)激勵(lì)殼體振動(dòng)的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)代入,就可以估算殼體輻射聲壓級(jí)。在振-聲傳遞率求解的過(guò)程中引入截?cái)嗥娈愔捣纸夥?改善求逆時(shí)的病態(tài)矩陣,減少測(cè)試中背景干擾帶來(lái)的估計(jì)誤差。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證實(shí),該方法可以用來(lái)快速評(píng)估空氣中敲擊圓柱殼體所產(chǎn)生的瞬態(tài)輻射噪聲,大部分頻段噪聲級(jí)估計(jì)誤差在3 d B以內(nèi)。本方法可望提供快速估計(jì)圓柱形殼體振動(dòng)水下輻射噪聲級(jí)借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to evaluate the transient radiated noise quickly through the measured vibration data of its own sensor, which is of great significance for the timely troubleshooting and keeping the underwater target concealment. In this paper, an engineering estimation method for transient radiation sound field of cylindrical shell based on acceleration array test data is presented. The radiation sound pressure level of the shell can be estimated by replacing the measurement data of the transient excited shell vibration. The truncated singular value decomposition method is introduced to solve the vibration-acoustic transfer rate, which can improve the ill-conditioned matrix and reduce the estimation error caused by background interference. The experimental results show that the proposed method can be used to quickly evaluate the transient radiation noise caused by beating cylindrical shells in the air, and the estimation error of the noise level in most frequency bands is less than 3 dB. This method can be used for reference and reference in rapid estimation of underwater radiation noise level of cylindrical shell vibration.
