【摘要】：為分析不同工作頻率和室溫環(huán)境對往復(fù)式室溫磁制冷系統(tǒng)制冷溫跨的影響,設(shè)計了一套以Gd顆粒(粒徑:0.3~0.5mm)為磁工質(zhì)的往復(fù)式室溫磁制冷系統(tǒng),并結(jié)合活性蓄冷器的換熱特點(diǎn)對往復(fù)式室溫磁制冷系統(tǒng)的制冷溫跨進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。測量了在1.5 T的永磁鐵場強(qiáng)下,室溫磁制冷機(jī)在不同工作頻率(0.07、0.12、0.16、0.19、0.22 Hz)及在不同室溫工況(14.5、15.9、16.7、18.1℃)蓄冷器冷、熱端溫度的變化情況。研究表明,當(dāng)工作頻率為0.22 Hz時,系統(tǒng)的最大制冷溫跨為12.8℃,并發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)Gd的溫度低于其居里溫度20℃時,不同室溫對有限時間內(nèi)磁制冷系統(tǒng)的制冷量無影響。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the effect of different working frequency and ambient temperature on the refrigeration temperature span of reciprocating room temperature magnetic refrigeration system, a reciprocating room temperature magnetic refrigeration system using Gd particles (particle size: 0.3mm 0.5 mm) as magnetic refrigerant was designed. The temperature span of reciprocating room temperature magnetic refrigeration system is analyzed experimentally according to the heat transfer characteristics of active accumulator.
