基于OSG的交互式三維工藝布局系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:目前制造企業(yè)普遍采用二維軟件工具如AutoCAD進(jìn)行工藝布局規(guī)劃,,難以發(fā)現(xiàn)空間干涉、通道擁擠等布局缺陷。隨著虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)與三維數(shù)字化技術(shù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,為在虛擬三維環(huán)境下進(jìn)行交互式工藝布局提供了可能。本文結(jié)合企業(yè)應(yīng)用需求,重點(diǎn)研究了交互式三維工藝布局系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并通過案例對(duì)系統(tǒng)的可行性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。 本文首先對(duì)制造資源信息建模與描述方法進(jìn)行了研究,建立面向工藝布局規(guī)劃的資源信息模型。對(duì)制造資源對(duì)象進(jìn)行了分類,分析工件、工藝和設(shè)備資源的信息元素與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu);利用XML技術(shù)定義了信息模型的中間數(shù)據(jù)描述格式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)之間信息索引的數(shù)據(jù)接口。 其次對(duì)基于OSG虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)平臺(tái)的交互式三維工藝布局技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。分別從三維模型的拾取技術(shù)、操縱技術(shù)、場(chǎng)景交互式漫游技術(shù)和路徑漫游技術(shù)四個(gè)方面對(duì)三維虛擬環(huán)境下的交互式布局關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的交互操作功能;通過對(duì)基于包圍盒碰撞檢測(cè)的安全距離檢測(cè)技術(shù)的研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)布局過程中設(shè)備資源模型之間的干涉檢驗(yàn),考慮了設(shè)備之間的安全距離,保證了布局的安全性。 再次對(duì)車間物流信息的三維可視化技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。首先構(gòu)建工藝路線可視化信息模型;設(shè)置虛擬路徑節(jié)點(diǎn),并利用Dijkstra算法計(jì)算物料運(yùn)輸?shù)淖疃搪窂;設(shè)定物流量的可視化標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建物流量的信息模型,并在三維虛擬環(huán)境下進(jìn)行交互式可視化。 最后在上述關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)交互式三維工藝布局系統(tǒng)的總體框架進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),分析了系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵功能要素;結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用和可行性驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:At present, two-dimensional software tools such as AutoCAD are widely used for process layout planning in manufacturing enterprises. It is difficult to find the layout defects such as spatial interference and channel congestion. With the development and application of virtual reality and 3D digital technology, it is possible to carry out interactive process layout in virtual 3D environment. In this paper, the key technologies of the interactive 3D process layout system are studied, and the feasibility of the system is verified by a case study. Firstly, the modeling and description method of manufacturing resource information is studied in this paper, and the resource information model for process layout planning is established. This paper classifies the manufacturing resource objects, analyzes the information elements and the database storage structure of the workpiece, process and equipment resources, and defines the intermediate data description format of the information model by using XML technology. The data interface of the information index between the system and the database is realized. Secondly, the interactive three-dimensional process layout technology based on OSG virtual reality platform is studied. The key technologies of interactive layout in 3D virtual environment are studied from four aspects: pick-up technology of 3D model, manipulation technology, interactive roaming technology of scene and roaming technology of path. The interactive operation function of the system is realized. Based on the research of the bounding box collision detection technology, the interference test between the equipment resource models in the real-time dynamic layout of the system is realized, and the safety distance between the devices is considered to ensure the security of the layout. Thirdly, the 3D visualization technology of workshop logistics information is studied. Firstly, the visual information model of process route is constructed; the virtual path node is set up, and the shortest path of material transportation is calculated by using Dijkstra algorithm; the visualization standard of material flow is set up, and the information model of material flow is constructed. And in three-dimensional virtual environment for interactive visualization. Finally, based on the research of the above key technologies, the overall framework of the interactive 3D process layout system is designed, the key functional elements of the system are analyzed, and the application and feasibility of the system are verified with practical cases.
