大溫差環(huán)境下空調(diào)送風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)的空調(diào)送風系統(tǒng)在大溫差環(huán)境下不能很好地進行送風的問題,提出一種大溫差環(huán)境下空調(diào)送風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案。對機器露點機組進行有效的優(yōu)化,改變了傳統(tǒng)露點機組對濕度以及溫度的敏感程度,把內(nèi)耗的溫度差降到了最低,對焓濕和室內(nèi)送風量從新進行設(shè)定,針對大溫差環(huán)境利用敏感芯片進行了有效的控制計算,方便針對不同環(huán)境的溫差進行自我重新設(shè)定。對風機和風道溫升系統(tǒng)進行了優(yōu)化,保證在大溫差環(huán)境下的調(diào)節(jié)能力,同時保持較低的耗電功率。為了驗證設(shè)計的大溫差環(huán)境下空調(diào)送風系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案的有效性,設(shè)計了對比仿真試驗,實驗數(shù)據(jù)表明,設(shè)計的優(yōu)化方案能夠進行有效的對大溫差進行調(diào)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional air conditioning system can not supply air well in the large temperature difference environment, an optimal design scheme of the air conditioning supply system under the large temperature difference environment is proposed. The machine dew point unit is effectively optimized, which changes the sensitivity of the traditional dew point unit to humidity and temperature, reduces the temperature difference of internal friction to the minimum, and sets the enthalpy and humidity and the indoor air supply volume from a new perspective. The sensitive chip is used to calculate the temperature difference in large temperature difference environment, which is convenient to reset the temperature difference in different environment. The temperature rise system of fan and air duct is optimized to ensure the adjustment ability under the environment of large temperature difference and to maintain low power consumption at the same time. In order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme of air conditioning system under large temperature difference environment, a comparative simulation experiment is designed. The experimental data show that the optimized scheme can effectively adjust the large temperature difference.
