基于公理設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域的主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)品族是企業(yè)為滿足客戶多樣化需求而產(chǎn)生的一種規(guī);投ㄖ苹纳a(chǎn)方式。在產(chǎn)品族的整個價值流程中,設(shè)計階段決定了70%-80%的產(chǎn)品成本和特性,具有重要的地位與作用。迄今,在設(shè)計學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究中,公理化設(shè)計理論是最經(jīng)典影響也最大的設(shè)計理論,它是由美國麻省理工大學(xué)的Nam Suh教授提出的。在以往對產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計的優(yōu)化研究中,主要是普通單層的優(yōu)化研究,而產(chǎn)品族的設(shè)計過程決定了其優(yōu)化問題往往具有層次和主從關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。鑒于此,本文基于公理化設(shè)計理論和雙層規(guī)劃理論,對產(chǎn)品族的設(shè)計域進行主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化研究。通過對產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域的優(yōu)化問題及其主從關(guān)聯(lián)進行分析,建立了產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域的主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化模型,最后通過對模型算法及優(yōu)化評價的研究,檢驗了產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域優(yōu)化設(shè)計的可行性與經(jīng)濟性。首先,本文對產(chǎn)品族四個設(shè)計域各自需要優(yōu)化的問題及其之間的主從關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系進行了分析,并以典型設(shè)計域的優(yōu)化為例,詳細闡述了產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計過程中需要優(yōu)化解決的問題。其次,在對產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域優(yōu)化的理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出了產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化的一般模型,并對應(yīng)上章節(jié)中的典型問題,建立了其對應(yīng)的主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化模型,最后以鼠標(biāo)的設(shè)計問題為例,對優(yōu)化模型進行了應(yīng)用研究。最后,研究了主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化模型的算法及產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域優(yōu)化方案的評價系統(tǒng)。針對文中建立的主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化模型,提出了模型的求解方法,同時在綜合考慮客戶滿意度和企業(yè)利益的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計域優(yōu)化的評價方法,從而為獲得滿足客戶和企業(yè)利益的最佳設(shè)計方案提供了判斷的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Product family is a kind of large-scale and customized mode of production produced by enterprises to meet the diversified needs of customers. In the whole value process of the product family, the design stage determines 70-80% of the product cost and characteristics, which plays an important role. Up to now, axiomatic design theory is the most classical and most influential design theory in the field of design. It was put forward by Professor Nam Suh of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In the past research on optimization of product family design, it is mainly the general single-layer optimization study, and the design process of product family determines that the optimization problem often has the relation of hierarchy and master-slave. In view of this, based on axiomatic design theory and bilevel programming theory, the design domain of product family is studied by master-slave association optimization. By analyzing the optimization problem of product family design domain and its master-slave association, the master-slave association optimization model of product family design domain is established. Finally, through the research of model algorithm and optimization evaluation, The feasibility and economy of optimal design in product family design domain are tested. First of all, this paper analyzes the problems that need to be optimized in each of the four design domains of the product family and the relationship between the principal and subordinate. Taking the optimization of the typical design domain as an example, the problems that need to be solved in the process of product family design are elaborated in detail. Secondly, based on the theoretical analysis of product family design domain optimization, the general model of product family design domain master-slave association optimization is put forward, and the corresponding master-slave association optimization model is established according to the typical problems in the previous chapter. Finally, the application of the optimization model is studied by taking the mouse design as an example. Finally, the algorithm of master-slave association optimization model and the evaluation system of product family design domain optimization scheme are studied. In this paper, the method of solving the model is put forward, and the evaluation method of product family design domain optimization is established based on the comprehensive consideration of customer satisfaction and enterprise interests. Thus, it provides the basis for obtaining the best design scheme to satisfy the interests of customers and enterprises.
