多元統(tǒng)計(jì)在提升用戶研究有效性中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the advent of the experience economy era, the user-centered experience design has become an important research direction in the process of product development. The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of user research and to provide a direction for product development. Based on the theory of multivariate statistical analysis, the research method of quantitative analysis of user survey data is adopted. The user analysis model based on multivariate statistics is put forward, and the conclusion of user investigation and analysis is obtained. In this paper, the specific contents and application status of multivariate statistical theory are reviewed, and then the factor analysis theory, cluster analysis theory and multivariate linear regression theory are studied. On the other hand, the related theories of user research are reviewed, the main contents and methods of user research are analyzed and summarized, and the application innovation of combining multivariate statistical theory with user research is put forward. Based on the application points of multivariate statistics proposed in this paper to improve the effectiveness of user research, a user difference analysis model based on factor analysis is constructed. The user clustering model based on clustering analysis and the user willingness analysis model based on multivariate linear regression can be referred to in different product user studies. In view of the continuous development of Internet technology and the popularity of smart phones, this paper puts forward a research model based on the example of mobile phone APP users. In the user difference analysis, the user's life style difference is taken as the analysis standard, the user questionnaire is investigated, and the result is analyzed by factor analysis, eight main factors are extracted and named. The difference of user life style is mainly reflected in these eight factors. Then the users are divided into five groups by fast clustering method, and the characteristics of each group are expressed and named. In the analysis of the user's willingness to use, the UTAUT model is cited as the design basis of the questionnaire, and the weight of each influencing factor is obtained by regression analysis, so as to better guide the product development and design. The research in this paper provides a systematic research method for quantitative analysis of user research. The multivariate statistical theory is applied to three aspects of user research in the early stage of design in order to improve the accuracy of user research and enhance the effectiveness of user research results.
