老齡化背景下可穿戴健康產(chǎn)品交互設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:目前我國的老年用戶可穿戴設(shè)備仍處于起步階段,存在諸多問題,老年人的特殊需求在可穿戴健康產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)中還未得到體現(xiàn)。對(duì)老年用戶而言,如果產(chǎn)品的交互方式未依照老年用戶的身體狀況及認(rèn)知能力做完善的設(shè)定,會(huì)讓輔助的效果不佳,同時(shí)也將影響老年用戶的使用意愿。為此,本文建立了一個(gè)從老年用戶需求獲取和分析到獲得新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),再到產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案的選擇,最后到新產(chǎn)品的原型設(shè)計(jì)的綜合性交互設(shè)計(jì)方法。指出QFD雖以用戶需求為中心,卻未考慮到設(shè)計(jì)方案在企業(yè)實(shí)施的可行性、可用性和易用性。提出設(shè)計(jì)模型包含從獲取老年用戶需求并通過QFD將其轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楫a(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),以提高老年可穿戴產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的工作效率和工作精確度,再借助于交互設(shè)計(jì)的"可用性"和"用戶體驗(yàn)"來完成整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程。通過老年用戶可穿戴交互界面混淆矩陣,分析其在可穿戴產(chǎn)品人機(jī)互動(dòng)界面的需求,期望能過在縮短產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間并降低成本的同時(shí),可以更加契合老年用戶的需求,最終設(shè)計(jì)老年可穿戴防跌到健康產(chǎn)品交互設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:At present, the wearable devices of the elderly users in our country are still in the initial stage, and there are many problems. The special needs of the elderly have not been reflected in the design of wearable health products. For the elderly users, if the interaction mode of the product is not set according to the body condition and cognitive ability of the elderly users, the auxiliary effect will not be good, and it will also affect the willingness of the elderly users to use. For this reason, this paper establishes a comprehensive interactive design method from the requirement acquisition and analysis of the elderly users to the design parameters of the new product, to the selection of the product design scheme, and finally to the prototype design of the new product. It is pointed out that although QFD is user-oriented, it does not take into account the feasibility, usability and ease of use of the design scheme in enterprises. In order to improve the efficiency and precision of wearable product design, a design model is proposed, which includes the design parameters from obtaining the needs of the elderly users and transforming them into products through QFD, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the design of wearable products for the elderly. The whole design process is completed by means of usability and user experience of interactive design. Through the confusion matrix of wearable interactive interface for elderly users, the requirements of wearable product man-machine interaction interface are analyzed. It is expected that the design time and cost of the product can be shortened and the needs of the elderly users can be more satisfied. The final design of the elderly wearable anti-fall to the health product interactive design.
