噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)水噴射泵抽氣效率影響的數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:采用FLUENT計(jì)算軟件,對(duì)漸縮型噴嘴和孔口型噴嘴水噴射泵內(nèi)氣液兩相流動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。比較了相同工況下兩種噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)水噴射泵的抽氣特性,并對(duì)水噴射泵內(nèi)部的水相百分?jǐn)?shù)、速度、湍流動(dòng)能分布進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,在相同工況下,孔口型噴嘴抽吸氣體的性能優(yōu)于漸縮型噴嘴的抽氣性能?卓谛蛧娮煨纬傻纳淞鹘Y(jié)構(gòu)有利于與氣相的能量交換和組分混合,漸縮型噴嘴的湍流分布不利于能量交換,大量的能量耗散是其抽吸氣體效率下降的主要原因。對(duì)水噴射泵內(nèi)部?jī)上嗔鲃?dòng)過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,不僅可以加深水噴射泵抽氣機(jī)理的理解,還為水噴射泵的抽氣效率提高和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The gas-liquid two-phase flow process in the water jet pump with tapered nozzle and orifice nozzle is numerically simulated by FLUENT software. The pumping characteristics of two kinds of nozzle structure water jet pumps under the same working conditions are compared, and the distribution of water phase percentage, velocity and turbulent kinetic energy inside the water jet pump is analyzed. The results show that the suction performance of orifice nozzle is better than that of tapered nozzle under the same working condition. The jet structure formed by the orifice nozzle is favorable to the energy exchange and component mixing with the gas phase, and the turbulent distribution of the tapered nozzle is not conducive to the energy exchange. A large amount of energy dissipation is the main reason for the decrease of the efficiency of the suction gas. The numerical simulation and analysis of the two-phase flow process in the water jet pump can not only deepen the understanding of the pumping mechanism of the water jet pump, but also provide a certain reference for the improvement of the pumping efficiency and the optimization design of the water jet pump.
