【摘要】：討論了工程的社會(huì)評(píng)估的必要性、過(guò)程與邏輯、基本性質(zhì)、制度條件及局限性。提出,工程的社會(huì)評(píng)估導(dǎo)源于工程的社會(huì)性,只有對(duì)工程進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)纳鐣?huì)評(píng)估,才能更好地將工程嵌入社會(huì);工程的社會(huì)評(píng)估具有包容性、建構(gòu)性和實(shí)驗(yàn)性,因而是建設(shè)更負(fù)責(zé)任的工程的一種必要手段;對(duì)工程進(jìn)行社會(huì)評(píng)估的有效性取決于人文社會(huì)科學(xué)家的深度介入、利益相關(guān)者的廣泛參與以及相關(guān)制度安排;工程的社會(huì)評(píng)估有局限性,需要在包容性和敏捷性之間求得平衡。
[Abstract]:The necessity, process and logic, basic properties, institutional conditions and limitations of social evaluation of engineering are discussed. It is pointed out that the social evaluation of engineering originates from the sociality of engineering, and that only through proper social evaluation of engineering can the project be better embedded in society, and the social evaluation of engineering is inclusive, constructive and experimental. The effectiveness of social assessment of the project depends on the deep involvement of human social scientists, the extensive participation of stakeholders and the relevant institutional arrangements. Social assessment of engineering has its limitations and needs to strike a balance between inclusiveness and agility.
