【摘要】：基于斯特林制冷機(jī)的低溫冰箱具有體積小、重量輕、便于攜帶運(yùn)輸?shù)膬?yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)+4~-80℃寬溫區(qū)冷凍冷藏功能。為了提高降溫速率,提升冰箱壽命,通過箱體絕熱設(shè)計(jì)、制冷機(jī)冷量傳輸設(shè)計(jì)及箱內(nèi)溫度均勻性仿真分析等,設(shè)計(jì)并制作了一臺(tái)基于2臺(tái)氣體軸承斯特林制冷機(jī)對(duì)置式布置的低溫冰箱樣機(jī),搭建測(cè)試系統(tǒng)對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行了初步測(cè)試�；跉怏w軸承斯特林制冷機(jī)的低溫冰箱冷凍腔容積為27L,在不放置樣品的情況下,冷凍腔能夠在5h內(nèi)降溫至-80℃。
